Bumi lot lelong unit sold yesterday.
From 238K.
Attracted many bidders.
Sold at 308K.

Last month at 280K only but yet nobody interested.
As usual all waiting for cheaper price. For what?

1. B-25-3A, non bumi, sold at 318K.
2. B-20-11, bumi lot, sold at 318K.
3. C-28-03, bumi lot, sold at 312K.
4. B-48-06, non bumi, sold at 300K.
5. C-23-02, non bumi, sold at 280K.
6. B-42-03A, non bumi, sold at 324K.
7. B-30-13, bumi lot, sold at 308K.
8. B-43A-12, bumi lot, reserve price 300K.

One of the lelong unit bought under Dr property Ishaq.
Transformation done by the famous ID.
Probably cost more than 100K to renovate.
Rental at unknown price.

Worth it?

So many bad Google reviews for this project especially on the lifts, is it really that bad?

567 unit share 3 lift

Block A 16 unit / floor 669
Block B 16 unit / floor 669
Block C 13 unit / floor 567

if 1 lift broken . you need wait longer time to take lift

Unfortunately the lift situation is so true...

3 lifts is seriously not enough, what make it worst is that the lift can easily broke down even though is suppose to be new lift, not even 2 years...

But already frequent broke down...

The lifts are Kone, branded stuff though, still break down frequently

So what if branded but still consistently breakdown...

But assume all lifts works well also is a pain when want to use the lift during peak hour...

Especially during Ramadan month even worst...

They didnt consider this in their design. Skyawani 5 has better lift numbers per floor

Yes, Skyawani 5 still ok, Skyawani 4 will face the same issue as Skyawani 3

4 lifts each block to serve Block A1: 596units, Block A2: 571 units, Block B: 615 units, do you think sufficient?
