But this unit not the best facing. Facing inside view.
Guess will have less demand.

Not bad for the maintenance. Previous thoughts was somewhere like 300 since the facility is top notch.

Facing outside view.
But is bumi lot so for bumi bidders only.

Last month lelong at 280K but nobody interested.
Should grab coz the sold price definitely will shoot above 280K this time.

Aside from the very high density, how is the usual nuisance eg:
- Footsteps
- drag/pull chairs/furniture
- pounding of mortar n pestle
- loud TV/music

Really depends on what type of neighbor you get?

if within, not much noise...

If from balcony...Depends...

If facing inside you would expect noises from facility floor (8th floorr), I would assume the higher your floor, the lesser noise will be...

If facing outside, firework season a bit annoying, sometimes some fella just random shout from don't know where...

Overall in term of noises from my experience, just perhaps 5% occurrence all the time
