If all lift are working, nope.

Frankly speaking if not much floor to stop, the lift move quite fast.

The issues always will be when the lift need to stop at many floor at the same time...

By the way I not sure why you ask so detail, but if you intent to rent / buy, be forewarned that the biggest issue so far with this house is the lift and no-brain management office.

Just gauging the reliability ofdiff brand's lift, as SA4 using Schindler instead of Kone, let's see if they are having the same issues

To face 30 mins waiting every peak hour, that is unbearable, any others condo facing the same issues?

2 lifts down during PEAK HOUR, how long to wait for the only remaining lift in such a HIGH DENSE PROJECT? 1 hour? Ridiculous

They focus too much on the aesthetic design instead of the usage. These architect really...shakehead.gif

Their skybridge alone expensive in cost...

However the skybridge got the innovative design award and The Malaysia Book of Records for the highest residential skybridge

Yes, must good use the fund to install more lifts, like the residents gonna use the bridge everyday, failed planning

Skyawani 3 Per block/tower
Height = 55 storey
Units per block = average +-700
Lift = 3 lifts

M Vertica Per block/tower
Height = 50 storey
Units per block = average +-700
Lift = 6 lifts (12-15 units per floor with 6 lifts)

Take on the mvertica case study, i believe sky awani 3 should need at least 6 lifts.

General rule is 100 units = 1 lift, the lower the better, of coz higher end condo has lower number

and mashing is using refuse chute system, which save one lift from using.

Skyawani 3 is using the tradisional rubbish system which cleaner to move out the rubbish (2 nos bin per floor x 55 storey for each block) and move in the rubbish bin again using lift. One of their lift will be occupied haft of the time for this.

But how to know all this info (no. of lifts, maintenance rate per sqft) during purchase??

They're not mentioned in S&P right?

Buyer has to do their own due diligence before committing to a purchase. Can verbally confirm with sales agent, but without black and white also you can't do anything.

you can count the number of lifts from the floor plan in the S&P.

For maintenance it is not specified.

Maintenance rate is no choices, they can change after the VP. The only way was to voting on lower the maintenance fee during the AGM which might be a year after the VP.

Number of lift can refer to the floor layout. Some agent only shows the unit layout plan need to request from them for floor plan.
