1. Who can subcribe to Season Pass?
Any existing subscriber of XOX Prepaid Plus, High Speed Pack, Penang #1758 and UDP will be able to enjoy Season Pass. (including OLD XinXun 3-tiers)

2. How can I subscribe to Season Pass?
There are two ways you can subscribe to Season Pass:

You can make your subscription purchase via SMS which will be deducted from your current available airtime.
You can logon to http://onlinestore.xox.com.my/and make your purchase via Credit Card or Online Banking.
3. How many friends or family can I share my MINUTES, DATA and SMS credits with?
Unlimited as long as you, your friends and family members are currently XOX Prepaid subscribers, you will be able to share without any limits or restrictions. RM0.50 will be charge to SENDER for each successful sharing.

Multiple items sharing is ALLOWED in single share command SMS and will be only charge RM0.50 for successful sharing. Eg: Share 0103333010 D1 V50 S100 1234. (to share 1GB | 50 Mins | 100 SMS)

4. What is the maximum sharing?
Voice - Unlimited
SMS - Unlimited
Data - 10GB

5. What is the validity period?
The validity period follows your current XOX Prepaid Plus subscription.
*For new Prepaid Plus user, you’ll need to subscribe Data M in order to utilize the data you purchase from Season Pass Package.

6. Once I have purchased MINUTES or SMS when will the consumption period begin?
The consumption period will begin immediately upon successful purchase and subscription of Season Pass and right upon your next voice call or outgoing text message (LOCAL ONLY).

NOTE: IDD will be as normal pay-per-use consumption via normal airtime deduction.

7. Once I have purchased Data when will the consumption period begin?
The consumption period will begin upon your next your next data usage/consumption eg when you purchase Data Package SP D1 (5GB) it will be stored in your XOX account, it will only be deducted once you have commenced with NEW data activation eg Data D3, Data M XD18, Data M XD38 and Data M XD68.

NOTE: Data Promo 1.5GB @ RM29.99 is NOT allowed to consume from Season Pass. Once you activate Data Promo, RM29.99 will deduct from your airtime as per normal behaviour.

Are the details of Post#2 and #3 applicable to New OneXOX too?

Am I right to say that, apart from being able to share the pass contents with other users, we can also use them ourselves. Example if I want to use data, I just need to subscribe for the desired one ... or is there a special code for me to extract (for self-use) from the Season Pass instead of ending up paying extra for the data I want to use?

AFAIK, XOX Mobile used to have its own prepaid plan which is now no longer available but there are still people holding on to this plan.

OneXOX is a newer prepaid plan, still no extended validity available up to now, but Season Pass was made available recently.

After buying a couple of Season Pass for data, I noticed that my MA has become zero balance.

I understand that to make use of this Season Pass data balance, I just need to subscribe to a mobile internet pack. Will having a zero-balance MA disallow me to do the mobile internet subscription?

When I port in my number the agent told I will get RM15 airtime and 2 years 4 month validity.

I'm currently using the old Xinxun SIM card, planning want to change the new SIM card due to future devices will only support micro or nano SIM card.

Currently, is it mostly XOX simcard all in one with normal SIM with micro and nano SIM card ready? If do so, this will very very convenience to us to swap any devices between nano SIM to micro SIM or normal SIM card in case the new device has some problem. I don't like use manual cutting SIM card as it sometimes will cause unable put back to micro SIM from nano SIM card.

Anyway, you can also screenshot the current XOX simcard for our information.

Paid on 4th August, today only received my sim card, Xox online is that efficient...

You can either choose micro or nano sim card.
If wanna switch between nano and micro, get nano instead and use micro sim adapter.
