Hi,you can reload your credit through several channels including internet banking and

you can add up your left over credit to purchase any Season pass,Happy Hours or extend validity,

which means top up RM20+RM5(Leftover credit) = RM25 to purchase 1 year validity.
*
Thanks, according to TnC of OneXOX,

The SIM Card will still be capable of receiving calls and SMS messages for up till thirty (30)
days upon the expiration of the credit validity period. A reload must be performed in order
to utilise the full Services. If no reload is performed during the aforementioned period, the
SIM Card shall be barred after the 31st day. After the 61st day of not performing a reload, the
SIM Card shall be blocked, and the Subscriber will be unable to make and receive calls and
SMS. After the 91st day of not having a reload perform, the SIM Card shall be Terminated,
and any remaining credit for talktime, SMS or any other service or benefit relating to the
mobile number shall be forfeited.

This means that it is safe to wait 3 months after validity expired to reload, as long not exceed 90 days correct?

Hi,after your Onexox/Xox prepaid validity expired, you can only receive sms and calls for 60 days and then your line terminated on day 61 not 90 days.

In the one xox app, I have main line and sub line. The share credit seems to be doable from the main line to sub line but not from the sub line to main line. Is there a way for me as main line to control the sub line to share credit to me without going through the sub line phone but control through app? Thanks

Oh man, you hit the point. I was frustrated with the way the app work as well. It's way way too lousy.

For me, I do it the other way around. Since one of the sim needed to go into the smartwatch, I register that as principal so that I can control it without needing to remove sim. Then for my secondary line for my main phone, I can do everything with sms/code while monitoring using xox app as supp line.

I hope they improve the app in near future.

Hmmm .....

I was told that those online sp sellers got their numbers suspended for fraud. Many were terminated and the rest is banned from sp transfers.

I was wondering how they got it dirt cheap and was shown the MO by a dealer. Now not wortwhile anymore for scammers to defraud sp data ...

Please take note :

If you purchase cheap Season Pass that may be sold to you illegitimately,

you may get your line suspended/terminated.

Hey there, would appreciate some insights.

I ported out from Digi, received a SMS at 5ish to confirm if I wanted to leave Digi, which I replied "Y" immediately. Received a confirmation that my request is being processed.

Before receiving the confirmation, I received a text from Digi that 1gb of data is credited to my account. And later, Digi customer service rep contacted me to verify that I am indeed porting out.

Woke up this morning to a message from Digi that the process failed.

Did I miss out anything that led to this error?

Hi, I have just recently completed my port in to XOX successfully (from Celcom) after several tries due to some issues. You should receive an email informing you the reason for the failure to port out. Best to double check your details (registered name, IC) under Digi, and contact their customer service to assist your port out on the spot. I read a lot of posts about Digi making it difficult to port out to discourage people from leaving sweat.gif but don't give up, keep trying!

Hi all, I am a new ONEXOX prepaid user. MNP from another telco. I would appreciate some guidance on how to use XOX in most economical manner. The official website has way too many terms and info is all over the place rclxub.gif

I use very minimal data and calls per month, unless I go on a few days trips out of town (normally don't even exceed 1gb per day if so).

1. Would it be better for me to purchase a season pass (looking at the RM80 with 10gb and 333 mins) and activate the data plans only when I need it?

2. If I purchase that season pass, and share some data with a friend, is there an expiry for the shared data for my friend?

3. Can someone explain to me what is Happy Hour promo? I saw one with 10gb + 2gb, does that additional 2gb have any expiry or can keep in the season pass as long as my validity lasts? Also, just to be sure, Happy Hour promo can be purchased by prepaid right?

Thanks in advance!

G-dammit, that could be a reason. If it happens again, I'm just going to complain to MCMC

Digi. The failure to port out is on their side. And yes, complaining to MCMC does seem to work, but do find out from Digi first if there was any particular error that caused the failure ^^b
