plan to MNP to OneXOX, but still have plenty of amount in current H***nk account.
Feel wasted and is it nothing can do with the amount in current account? any idea from sifu?

haha...is this the only way? TT to other hot user also provided they agree to bank in, just by trust.

why don't they allow to carry forward this.

Actually it is quite confusing but in reality, it's just A or B.

A is a prepaid with validity. You top up to extend validity or buy yearly validity. Then for usage, you buy season pass and withdraw to use every month.

B is a monthly plan whereby you commit a fixed amount to subscribe to a certain plan. You can say it's like postpaid but with added benefit to carry forward unused minutes and data to next month onto of what you're already subscribed to.

Thanks to XOX. Ported in 2 days ago. Now all TACs working fine. I did not re register my phone number at any ATMs. 👍👍

It is on the sim card (the leftover) but if you have thrown it away, good luck with that.

Hi,please call Onexox customer service at 12273 for the status of your port in,whether the status is "PENDING" or "REJECTED"

Resubmit will failed if the status is "PENDING"

If the status is "REJECTED",ask the reason why reject and solve it first and then resubmit.

For the MNP simcard serial number starting with 8960,it's also printed on the back of the nano sim.

I have existing number I can also mobile port right? No need buy new number
