Crappy minister dont know how to do proper service to people, instead doing crappy job from their bad idea, more troublesome to people.

According to onexox dealers, it will be a compulsory to verified sooner or later which you can't login xox black app/selfcare portal and lines "BARRED" if not verified.

Recently user of onexox black plan/postpaid who want to terminate call onexox c.s. at 12273 to terminate line but was told that now users of black plan/postpaid cannot terminate their black/postpaid line through c.s. at 12273.

Users of onexox Black plan/postpaid who want to terminate their line : -

1) Users need to find and personally present at selected onexox booth/shop/center to terminate their line(Need to bring along phone with the simcard)

2) Dealer will use user's phone to send ussd code *150*1# to check for any outstanding/unpaid bill.

3) Users must have mykad and need to fill in the termination form.

4) Users will need to hold the termination form with mykad attached to the termination form at the chest below chin to have PHOTO TAKEN by the dealer.

Above SOP was experienced by user who go to onexox booth to terminate a black plan/postpaid line.

Wow !!! So troublesome to terminate a onexox/xox black/postpaid line now.

Anyone else experience this SOP when terminating black plan/postpaid ?

Other telcos don't have this troublesome SOP to terminate a postpaid plan.

I just mnp & activated 2 sims today.
1 nr i manage to buy the rm48 for 1yr validity
Another 1 i plan to subscribe to the 1X-22 but dont know how. Below are few screenshots from this acc. Does this mean that i’m on postpaid. Anybody can guide me please

In xox black app tick "Subscribe Now" then choose monthly then choose 1x-22

To change to esim : click "Sim Management" then choose "Request SIM Replacement" them tick the box agree to T & C then click "Replace SIM" then select your mobile line and select eSIM then click continue.

Just MNP to other telco prepaid and let the number die there. No need so troublesome.

You can't see the "Subscribe Now" when you have a ongoing data plan.

Under the 1x-sp plan,just click "manage" then "End Data" to terminate the 1x-sp plan.

After that you can see the "Subscribe Now"

I have both XOX and Celcom, and both are behaving the same way.

I am not sure my area is congested area, OR my modem router got slightly issued due to use more than 7 or 8 years. OR might be xox detect I used modem router since I m not using m****, throtted speed like 64kbps..

If using 4G network, the youtube video can't move at all.
When i put my phone under 5G, straight away smooth and everything can play and stream.

Then it takes long long neck, with long long month until abandon like that.

Suggested you report to mcmc about this incident. Their service is too "excellent" until you really need to be big patient.

i think i did bring it up to mcmc. but in d end i think no action. i wasn't using the number actively anywhere, so i just gave up.

1 question, if i subscribe to the 1year pass validity.. it should be okay right if i didnt put the sim into any phone.. means it is not active for 1 yr without being bar or ban?

No problem, as i had not put sim into any phone for 1 year+ as i got 2.5 years validity when sign up.
