Yes,call Onexox customer service and the same reply that no problem with Onexox and ask me to call Boost instead.
I port out one of my Onexox prepaid and successfully register Boost without any problem.
The same number can't receive Boost TAC in Onexox but can receive Boost TAC when port out to other telco.
I'm not saying that all Onexox numbers can't receive Boost TAC but a lot of cases are really the true facts.
Now depends on Onexox itself whether to keep or lost their customers.
For me, i can only say NEVER PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE SAME BAG.
I guess too much customer park in the vip line in this telco. So can do "what I like" already.
"You tak suka? You are free to port out others anytime" attitude.
Same one like redONE (a virtual network service provider). Previously quite good of handle customer service, now getting worst and worst no customer service. Using existing redONE customer call customer service need pay per use charge.
Everything using Live Chat or Whatapps by redONE.
I can't imagine if data got issued, don't know how you whatapps or Live chat to customer service, perhaps need back home using fiber network to get assist.
