Can anyone teach me how can I MNP a Unifi bebas prepaid number to XOX?
I tried the MNP page here: http://xox.com.my/onlinestore/mnp/portinginfo.php
but there were no Unifi Bebas to select at the drop down list
*
Select "P1".

Also, for the MNP process, do i have to walk in any XOX service center to finalize the MNP process?
The info i got here https://xox.com.my/mnp/
stated that "Walk into any XOX MOBILE outlets to register.
Visit any XOX MOBILE outlets with your identification documents (original IC or passport) to register. If you are currently on a postpaid plan, bring along your latest statement."

OneXOX cannot receive TAC from Boost. why? tried 20x. can received TAC from Boost on Unifi Mobile number, but not OneXOX. am im alone? Called xox customer service, she said, should be able to receive TAC from any number since they do not block. she asked me to call Boost. But if i call boost, for sure, they will ask me to call xox since cannot receive TAC from xox only. so...

Some Onexox users do have this problems of receiving TAC from Boost even after several months.

And port out after this TAC problems have not been solved after calling Onexox customer service. confused.gif

And ending up losing some customers. cry.gif Should be taking actions to solve this TAC problems seriously.

being a >15 years hotlink user just ported to xox black. hope won’t regret biggrin.gif

been using the lowest black for my second line.
can say speed and availability above my expectations.
however going from a maxis lowest plan of rm90 iinm to lowest in black (basically maxis 1 month can cover black almost 1 year) i can say biggest drawback is not enough data but as a second line option is good as mostly using at home got wifi anyway

In fact you can upgrade to Black B39 which have 8GB of data,50 min voice and 50 sms,all unused will roll over to next month.

And the data, min voice and sms can be share/transfer to other Onexox users.

And the best is you can change plan as you like.

in the end boost called me today and give me the otp code instead. xox side is pretty useless, they just say they cant do anything. I had never face a telco like this, maybe it just a virtual mobile operator.

so in the future i think i cant simply logout my boost account if not, i have to wait boost to call me and provide me the otp.

for those who cant get otp from boost, kindly make an enquiry through boost email or fb. no need waste ur time to contact xox. they are not willing to help u and blame the issue to others. tq

Yes,call Onexox customer service and the same reply that no problem with Onexox and ask me to call Boost instead.

I port out one of my Onexox prepaid and successfully register Boost without any problem.

The same number can't receive Boost TAC in Onexox but can receive Boost TAC when port out to other telco. confused.gif

I'm not saying that all Onexox numbers can't receive Boost TAC but a lot of cases are really the true facts.

Now depends on Onexox itself whether to keep or lost their customers.

For me, i can only say NEVER PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE SAME BAG.

I guess too much customer park in the vip line in this telco. So can do "what I like" already.
"You tak suka? You are free to port out others anytime" attitude.

Same one like redONE (a virtual network service provider). Previously quite good of handle customer service, now getting worst and worst no customer service. Using existing redONE customer call customer service need pay per use charge. shakehead.gif

Everything using Live Chat or Whatapps by redONE. doh.gif
I can't imagine if data got issued, don't know how you whatapps or Live chat to customer service, perhaps need back home using fiber network to get assist.

What ! OMG ! Inexperienced Onexox customer service at 12273 ? bangwall.gif

Doesn't they were trained with knowledge and passed as customer service personnel before answering calls from customer ? confused.gif

Even trainees on the job should consult with experienced personnel before giving an answer, that's my experience with other telco when call their customer service.

I guess that's why other telco send sms for us to reply and rate the perfomance of their customer service after each call.

And we will receive calls if we give poor rating to their customer service.
