OneXOX cannot receive TAC from Boost. why? tried 20x. can received TAC from Boost on Unifi Mobile number, but not OneXOX. am im alone? Called xox customer service, she said, should be able to receive TAC from any number since they do not block. she asked me to call Boost. But if i call boost, for sure, they will ask me to call xox since cannot receive TAC from xox only. so...

its not just u, contact both side made a report on both side see how it goes. i think is xox problem. xox is worst in receiving tac code. Never improve

i see.. thanks for the feedback. if this continue, im really thinking change to unifi mobile. i like how they manage data and call. but, it cannot share data (i believe). xox, i can buy data at shopee, cheaper. lol. speed and coverage much better than xox.. if unifi mobile cheaper for their data purchase, for sure i change.

And ending up losing some customers. cry.gif Should be taking actions to solve this TAC problems seriously.

they called me just now, they say got nothing much can do. ask me to call boost. i ask them why unifi mobile can receive tac code but not xox. and they insist to blame boost, ask me to call boost to solve this problem.

what a good reply from them.

they test they also say ok. but in fact not all xox customer able to receive the sms. they cant ignore those who cant receive the sms and told their customer that they got nothing much can do. if other telco can receive why not xox? what make xox so special to always have tac problem. their reply really unprofessional and hope they will improve in the future.

The facts that lots of Onexox users are facing this TAC problems are true facts and Onexox should find ways to deal with this TAC problems,

not just show proof of users who can receive TAC because this will not make them stay with Onexox.

These Onexox users are still Boost App customers even if these Onexox users port out to others telco but Onexox will loose these users.

These Onexox users want to stay with Onexox but if problems not solved,these users who are facing TAC problems will port out.

So depend on Onexox whether to keep these users by solving TAC problems or just push the problems to Boost App and loose these users.

Yeah, XOX does have issue with short no. Though it may not happen to all users but it's indeed happening.

Let's leave to Onexox to decide whether to solve the TAC problems or see their users to port out.

Let's hope/wait for improvement.

I bought Season Pass 300 minutes and 10GB for my aunt yesterday as she just joined XOX yesterday.

Everything is OK. Redeemed 2GB/month for her. The problem is I noticed there is a missing RM 0.50 from her MA balance. Minutes were down to 279 minutes too, that means it deducts the minutes balance for calls. I don't think she will use SMS as she doesn't know how to type, use voice note only.

What could be the reason? Self Care itemized prepaid statement's last update was 2nd June...

Mystery solved after checking with CS, it's iMessage service. I doubt she knows what's that, gotta get my cousin to check her mum's phone.

Yes.....Onexox on IPHONE will have this RM0.50 deductions , was told by IPHONE users.

I wonder why the telco they use on the same IPHONE before MNP to Onexox doesn't have this RM0.50 deductions. confused.gif

The thing is my aunt doesn't use iMessage or FaceTime, I really have no idea what's happening. She will go back to check her phone on this weekend. Yeah, she was using Hotlink earlier.
