My aunt still has 107MB left from her 2GB data redeemed from SP which hasn't expired yet. I tried to redeem another 2GB for her but this error popped up, what does it mean by "UGW"? Does it mean I can only redeem another 2GB when her data is 0MB? I can't be monitoring the usage all the time kan..

U can only subscribe to new plan when current plan balance is 0 (100% usage)

Btw u can select add on (not recommended because data validity will not extended)

Hello there,

That "error" message indicates a valid data plan (with a non-zero balance) is still in effect and this supposedly is to prevent accidental data plan subscription.

In this case, you need to click on "Unsubscribe / End Service" to stop the current data plan. Once that is done, you can subscribe to a new data plan.

If you just want to "MAINTAIN" the number,you should go for Onexox prepaid which valid for 28 months at the cost of RM10 for MNP/port in.

No minimum top up required.Top up only when you want to purchase any season pass/usage plan and the best is you get validity extended 1 day for every RM1 top up.

Extra validity can be purchased at RM25/year.That means you can "MAINTAIN" your number to 40 months at RM35 only(Port in + purchase 1 year)

I did an online MNP to B59e plan yesterday but after the payment I got a 'purchase failed' message. I then received an email saying payment successful but did not received the email of eSIM QR code. Without a serial number I cannot proceed with the MNP verification or status check, so I called the customer service and got a case reference number. Until now I still didn't received the eSIM QR code but my money has been taken.

It's OK. I doubt my uncle (hotspot from my aunt's phone) will be able to keep until the validity ends. laugh.gif

How you get Boost to call you? My wife Onexox also cannot get OTP. OT here a bit, that day after deduct rm40 from Shell, transaction cancelled, emailed them only get the we will get back to you canned reply.

Hi,

I'm new user from onexox. Last week purchase a new Sim at RM10 from onexox store. After this, topup RM50 using ONEXOX App and send sms to buy 10gb + 10gb at RM50 so that I get the 28 months of validity.

Next step I did was disable data auto renewal DATA AR OFF. What is this step do actually ?

Now my question are:
1) Understand there are 2 * 10Gb and the second is valid for one month only and the first is valid throughout the validity (28 months)
So, after 1 months, how I going to utilize the first 10GB ?
I heard that it can be done via SMS or App by split the 10gb into 500mb per month ? So that I can use 500mb per month and it can last me for 20 months (500mb * 20 = 10GB) ?

2) If 28 months of validity is over, can I purchase another season pass that is similar when I bought the sim pack which the validity is about 28 months ?

Please advise.

Data AR OFF is to stop auto recurring subscription. At the end of month, it will auto subscribe the same plan for next month. The plan that you bought actually have 10Gb activated data/plan for 30days plus 10Gb in season pass. If you didnt turn it off, after 30days it will auto subscribe/activate the 10Gb in your season pass for the next 30 days.

1) Use SMS code or USSD code (*150#). Subscribe internet from season pass. You can choose to activate 500mb if you want. So this activate data will last for 30days. If not finish within 30days, this activated data will burn and not carry forward. Only data from season pass will carry forward.

2) The 10 + 10 is a welcome bonus. So 1 number can only bought 1 time during the first month join in. Even you mnp out than port in back, you will not be eligible for that promotion anymore. Different case if you bought new number. Anyhow, there is also happy hour promotion, the best that i have seen RM50 for 13Gb or 14Gb of season pass data.

* If you area talking about buying 28months validity, this also only valid for 1 time only per number. After that you can only buy validity for 6month or 1 year. Of course if you do topup during this period, it will increase your current 28months validity by stacking it.

Having 2 sims with XOX prepaid for nearly 6 months now. Excellent Lines & Data, no doubt.

But what had becomes my worries is their Customer Services side.

I'm logging a feedback/complains on unauthorized TAC Roaming reduction on since 13th June (11 days ago).
And, re-emailed them asking for an update on last Thursday...up till now, no email at all.

For me, this is a lauzy punya CS. Bikin malu.
Common, small matter also cannot update.

Just sharing my experience on XOX CS....
