If yes, firstly am I able to receive the SMS from XOX overseas?
Secondly, I would I assume if a reply is required, I won't be able to do it overseas (since the respond-to number is local to Malaysia).
Which means I will need to call the care center or something.

Under normal circumstances, there won't be any SMS when you port to OneXOX.

OneXOX has International Roaming (but not Data Roaming), so you should be able to receive and even reply any SMS from OneXOX. However, AFAIK, overseas SMS to OneXOX 5-digit is chargeable.

Just like to know is it possible to run 2 season pass concurrently? E.g. 1 pure data season pass + 1 pure call minutes season pass? If i subscribe only to 5gb season pass, means the calls will be charged per use? tq.

may i know how to share with family and set limit data quote for each month?

I purchase this OneXOX in 2017 and and got one of those long term validity.

It will expire in OCT this year.

Do I need to make any preparation to purchase any so called 'packs' which I can use to extend my validity again when the time comes to maybe another year or two?

Hi I have a few questions regarding the new B39Plus20 Plan

1: Can I share the unlimited calls to maximum of how many people and how does that work? Lets say I sign up this and would like to share 1000 mins to 2nd user and 100 mins to 3rd user, can I do that

2: Can the remaining unused SMS carried forward to the ongoing month since it is not stated

3: So if the balance of sms, calls, data can be carried forward, how long will the offer last, means if I sign up now, will this last for at least one year and above?

is it mean , i order a new sim new number, after receive, reload rm50 within 30 days (date count from order sim date) 

i will get 28 month validity within 14 days ? Do i need to purchase any SP after reload RM50 to get 28 month validity ?

Coz the welcome voice season pass is RM30  , i found that happy hour sometimes offer RM30 with 338min + 512MB data which is more worth..... so my plan is reload RM50 first...later got happy hour only buy voice SP.

Recently ported in to XOX prepaid, a feedback/complain & some questions:

1. Somehow I seem to be burning through my data quite quickly (rather alarming). I draw down 500MB from SP each time (for now, to monitor), and from Sunday 3 Feb - Friday 8 Feb, I have already used up 3.5GB (7 activations).
I was previously on Digi, and I don't ever recall using up 3.5GB in 1 week, let alone 5 days.
And usage was similar: some tethering for browsing, some FB-ing, some surfing, some Whatsapp-ing. Hardly watch/download any video content.
Rather suspicious I must say 

2. I know about the DATA AR OFF command, or 'Stop Plan Renewal' via the *150# menu. What about the option '2. Stop Plan Now'?
Does it mean that
- I subscribe to 1GB/30 days
- Use up only 500MB in 15 days
- Select option '2. Stop Plan Now'
- The remaining 500MB is put back into my Season Pass?

Like to ask whether the stated 2Gb Data in SP counter is including the current month data that is already ongoing, or not?

I actually notice the main account balance keep dropping every day even though I did not subscribe any new plan or make any calls. Still have unused free SMS also. Started with rm6+ now drop to rm1+ within 2 days ... what could be the cause ?

i plan to buy a new prepaid sim (new number) which has long validity period. heard that onexox, once i get the simcard, reload rm10 will get the 28 months validity. any t&c to get that?

Newbie here. Keen on getting XOX to use as a backup sim.

Questions:
1. Can I get the sim at the XOX Store in Sunway Pyramid?

2. What is the minimum age to register as a XOX prepaid user? For U Mobile, it is 12 years old. I am not sure for XOX, since my friend is 17.

Actually how this works? I find that OneXOX's plans are really complicated with that MA and DA account thingie. Now there is this season pass thing. What is the difference and how to transfer out slowly like you mentioned?

Also, it is okay if use B10 postpaid cause only RM10 per month which is good enough for me. If use prepaid, I need to subscribe to RM12 monthly for 500mb plan which is even worse.
