That's weird, I mnped twice( 2 different agent) this year, both where of no charge and automatically 28 months. 

Did they change policy or something.

BTW, Anyone using Voopee? Any benefits? I know we get a local number but do we have to pay to maintain it?  How long can we retain that number for?

Today I switch to sim 2 for internet. Already redeem from season pass.

But somehow there's no Internet but got network.. When I switched to sim 1 again. Work like normal.

How do we check the monthly statement for XOX ar? My father's number has been getting unsolicited SMSes which has resulted in credit being deducted without us knowing until I found out today.

XOX app hopeless one, it keeps telling me no record found or unable to get bill statement. I checked their website and didn't see any helpful links either.

For me. At home at office use wifi , driving no use at all except waze or google map, outside shopping or no driving that time only will be using data.
Based on my phone records for DATA 1 month usage, used about 500mb +-

Phone call 1 month tak sampai RM5 , all the time people call me or i will reply whatsapp or whatsapp call most.

The only important for me is validity.
I am previously Tron user. Now port into XOX due to Tron terminate it's service.

before this is Digi user, 365 validity gonna pay RM38 for 1 year now is RM1 / Day =_= that was super expensive.

confuse they say 28 months we still need buy the validty RM25 ?

Hi guys just ported to XOX and topped up RM50 to buy the FAT season pass. Validity ddint automatically extend for another 50 days after top up. I called them up and they said will rectify within 3 days. Just sharing so users here will know and check accordingly after topping up your account.

he's saying extend another 50 days on top of the 28 months because of rm50 topup

How long is the passive period upon expiry before it get terminated?

I did multiple credit share/transfer between A <-> B. redo multiple times got 375 days with RM 7.50 fees (multiple transfer between A and B)
