FYI,the 10GB + 10GB (SP FAT10) : 10GB will be credited in to Season Pass will follow your expiry date and the other 10GB will be valid for 30 days only.

All that in Season Pass account will follow your validity, 28 months or more.........

The data which haven't been activated will be saved.

If you activate a data plan,it will valid for 30 days.

AFAIK.....same phone number under same mykad can get 28 months validity once only.

If your Onexox/Xox phone number's validity are expiring soon,you can purchase 1 year validity.

Hi,there's two method to get the 28 months validity if you buy new number/simpack :

1) Purchase any Welcome Deal within 10 days of activation ( Get 28 months validity instantly).

2) Top up amount of RM50 within 30 days of activation (Get 28 months validity in 2 weeks after top up)

or

If you port in,you will get 28 months validity instantly upon success port in.

The welcome deal (SP FAT10) : 10GB credited in to season pass and 10GB valid for 30 days.

Remember to turn off the auto renewal (DATA AR OFF) or it will renew the 10GB plan after 30 days.

FYI if your number already XOX number ,the same number under same id can only get the 28 months validity only once.

May i know how long did your number has been under XOX ?

Some user even gets the validity extended to year 2035.

1 : If you are back in Malaysia on SAT 02 FEB,find a dealer to do MNP for you ASAP.Dealer will tell you what to do.

2 : Yes,you can go to any dealer to do the MNP for you.

3 : MNP won't be process on Public Holidays (05-06/02/19).

4 : In some cases,dealer submit MNP in the morning and MNP success at night on the same day but some cases have to wait up to 5 days.

1. Yes,on Saturday and Sunday but depends on Digi whether they send you the sms which you have to reply Y
MNP can still be submit from 02 FEB to 04 FEB.

2. You can call Onexox customer service for inquiry about those 2 dealers that you quote.

3. The dealer who do the MNP for you will tell you what to do.

4. It is advisable to complete the MNP process and activate the line before you go overseas in case of unexpected problem.
I don't know if you can reply the sms for port out send by Digi overseas.
