This problem of TAC/OTP/verification sms are the most headache problem in xox/onexox.Some can be solved in few days and some are forever unsolved.

Hi,if you top up RM22,your validity extended 22 days from the last expired date.

Additional 20 days validity will be rewarded after you subscribe 1x-22 data plan.Check "Rewards" in xox black app 3 days after you subscribe 1x data plan.

Click redeem to get extra 20 days validity extended.

Your subscription of 1x-22 data plan have 30 days of validity regardless of your prepaid expired date.

If you subscribe 1x-22 on 29.10.2025 it'l expired on 28.11.2025.

The bonus validity of 20 days up to 180 days(9 times purchase 1x data plan) in your "Rewards" will extends your prepaid validity when you redeemed it.

For your info, purchased of any data plan didn't extends prepaid line validity, only top up will extends prepaid line validity(RM1 extends 1 day validity)

Now onexox doing promo for 1x data plan, purchasing any of 1x data plan will be awarded with 20 days prepaid line validity and you need to redeem it.

All 1x data plan purchase will valid for 30 days and you must have ENOUGH PREPAID LINE VALIDITY to use the 1x data plan you purchased.

The extra 20 days validity will be awarded each time you purchase 1x data plan but limited to 9 times only(180 days) during promotion period.

Look out for the free 20 days validity in "Rewards" and redeem it after 3 days you purchase 1x-22 data plan.

You purchase 1x-22 data plan yesterday and your data plan valid for 30 days not your prepaid line validity.

You already top up RM5 and you get 5 days prepaid validity, top up another RM5 and then redeem the Free 20 days rewards should be enough validity for you

to use your 1x-22 data plan for 30 days(5+5+20)

If you top up RM22 and purchase 1x-22 data plan every month, you'll get 22 days(Top up) + 20 days(Rewards) = 42 days validity.

Do take note that the free 20 days validity rewards are awarded maximum 9 times during promo only.

That was lucky to get 30 days validity with only RM5 top up

For users in my area only get the free 20 days after redeemed it.

Tax Identification Number(TIN) for e-Invoice.

Onexox stop all registration for old prepaid plan and launched new prepaid plan on 1st JAN 2025 which data plan is 50GB @ 6mbps speed + 100GB

basic data @ 512kbps + free calls between onexox/xox line only at the price of RM18 for 30 days.

The new onexox prepaid plan have 4 plans.

Hi,if your current prepaid using 1x-22,this data plan valid for 30 days with auto plan renewal IF....... your prepaid have enough RM22 credit to be deducted.

If your prepaid don't have enough credits,the data plan will be auto terminated after 30 days. You can top up and purchase any of the 4 1x data plans.

If you want to change data plan,you need to terminate the current data plan(Sms DATA END to 22111/23388) and choose any one of the 4 data plans(1x-18,22,35,48)

Active/non expired 1x Prepaid line validity : -

a) You can make send sms if you have sufficient credits

b) You can make calls if you have sufficient credits or have active 1x data plan

c) You can use data if you have active 1x data plan

1x data plan 30 days validity(After promo expired) : - If you have active data plan but your prepaid line expired,you can't make calls or use data.

Every RM1 top up will get 1 day validity stackable if your prepaid line still active.

Now 1x-18 & 1x-22 data plan have promo until further notice....... when you purchase 1x-18 or 1x-22 data plan you will get extended prepaid line validity.

Always check your prepaid line validity(Expiry date) to ensure you can fully used the data plan.

Hi,I think you didn't notice "Now 1x-18 & 1x-22 data plan have promo until further notice....... when you purchase 1x-18 or 1x-22 data plan you will get

You should read the whole sentences :

1x data plan 30 days validity(After promo expired) :- If you have active data plan but your prepaid line expired,you can't make calls or use data.

Which I mean after the promo (extended validity) ended for 1x-18 & 1x-22

Something like your prepaid already expired and you top up RM22 and you gets 22 days validity then purchase 1x-22 data plan and you can't make calls or use data on day 23.

As for you prepaid expiry date till 12 Feb 2026......... no idea why but it's good news to have extra validity

After make inquiry and get this info from onexox dealer :

1) If your prepaid activated on 22/11/2025 , the prepaid line have 30 days validity exp : 22/12/2025

2) You top up RM22 ,you get 22 days validity extended exp : 13/01/2026

3) You purchase 1x-22 data plan ,you get 30 days validity extended exp : 12/02/2026
