No wonder I cannot sms out or check balance. I thought my sms balance finished or something wrong with my setting. Would appreciate Xox send a notification to users once lines have been restored.

Hello there !

My apologies to all affected users, as I myself is in the dark as to what exactly happened to XOX systems.

As far as I can tell, is that service interruptions (account logins) first occurred around 10++ am and while the technical team(s) was in the midst of rectifying that fault(s), more services (calls/sms/ussd) went down in the afternoon roughly 3++pm.

All essential services (calls/sms/ussd) have been mostly restored since roughly 7.45pm ... there may still be some areas that may still be affected. Please be aware that sms services and responses may get delayed in some areas.

Sorry again to those who were looking for me today as I was away most of the day for other pressing matters.

I still can make outgoing calls and received TAC so far for my XOX number. So all good for me. I just unable to access selfcare *150#. Perhaps they are fixing the issue. Other than that, all okay.

Hi, let’s say I’ve purchased the SP+ 50 and have auto renewal on, and I have sufficient balance for auto renewal (let’s say RM60).

If I purchase the SP+ 50 on January 1st 2017 and still have 7GB left in my season pass, will it auto renew on February 1st 2018? Or does auto renewal only happen once the data in my season pass has been fully activated and used?

I still have problem.
There is no Internet connectivity.
My season pass N/A.
Anyone can help me pass on this issue to XOX.

Just replied the sms to Digi to port out to XOX.

When should I switch to XOX sim card?

Need to reload the RM10 to get the 28 months validity by when? can I directly reload RM30 as I want to buy the sp+ plans?

u should change ypur xox simcard when there is no signal on your current digi sim card.

When digi signal is gone, can switch oredi

Can reload rm10 or rm30 within 24hours once u received the xox signal to qualify for the 28 month bonus. After that can buy that sp+ plan... if u want the 5gb free bonus, buy the sp welcome plan instead
