I think is become Celcom issue. XOX under Celcom line right.

For new user , after purchase a new onexox SIM card automatic will get 28 month ? Or need top up at least RM10 first to eligible the 28 month ?

New user require minimum topup rm10 within 24 hrs upon registration

Or purchase any SP FAT within 10 days

Thanks . I have top up RM30 but didn't get 28 month yet . Normally how long does it take to process ?

Hi, my friend MNP into onexox two months ago and I am going to MNP my second number to onexox, can we both enroll to the UGU program? If we are eligible, who should/can be the "main user"?

Hello there !

The referrer (main user) must already be a ONEXOX subscriber. Your first onexox number or your friend's onexox number can be the referral number. Please note that UGU can only be registered with an authorized dealer and cannot be changed/transferred after registration is done.

Just ported over to XOX, validity to April 2020!

Is there any free basic (low speed) data for xox?
What is the cheapest option for data?

Also, only showing Celcom 3G, how to get 4G?

To be connected to 4G, you would need to purchase data package.

Just ported in XOX yesterday, but I can't receive any sms from bank and also my mum's XOX line. I can send out to my mum's XOX line but cannot receive.

But I can receive those promotion sms from Digi and Xox self care.

What is the problem of not receiving sms?

did you reregister your number in ATM machine for the TAC ? after u ported in xox, betetr go to ATM to Re-Register it.

works well for me here after i ported in from hotlink into XOX

just wonder why xox request customer to re-register the tac again.

i port to tunetalk, dont facing this issue at all(not receiving sms tac)

Just call bank tell them you mnp your number from x telco to y telco.

My mnp to tunetalk need 3 days before tac okay again without calling bank. If call bank 2 hours already can use tac.

Its security issue

All telcos normally got tac problem for newly success mnp

Xox also same, normally will be ok after 3 working days if even if not re register the number

HI, saya baru 6 minggu jadi dealer xox .Saya ingin tahu mestikah saya dapatkan semua Sd/Dealer pin dan kad-kad sim/mnp/srp dari upline saya ? Bolehkah saya dapatkan Sd/Dealer pin dan sim/mnp/srp dari pengedar xox lain yang berdekatan dengan tempat saya ? Saya mendaftar online dan mendapati upline saya jauh di negeri Perak.
