Normally will get notification if success, 50 cent will be deducted

Check if ur season pass balance still not deducted, u may try again.

Command to share:
Share 0103333010 V50 1234 to 22111 or 23388
Eg: sharing 50 min season pass

just port in my number, why y no data even after i set the xox apn? thought there would be free 1gb for xox membership club.

Check with *150# or xox mobile app whether you have any active data subscription for your number?

the problem occured firstly yesterday, I cannot connect to the internet with data and cannot make a phone call (except emergence number) via my onexox sim card.. ( But I can see the signal as usual, I mean the icon showing the network strength ...please refer to my attachment)after about half an hour, my onexox card did as usual.... and today ,the problem occur again, it's more than 1 and a half hour , what should I do... I only have one telephone number which is Xox, so now I even cannot make a phone call to service center.

Question:
1. should I send <Data ar off> now? if i do that, the 10000mb will just disappear straight away?
2. if i were to activate 500mb/30days data later on, i finished use 500mb within 30days, can i just activate a new 500mb straight away or i need to wait for 30days to finish? (so my seasonpass balance = 10.5gb?)
3. since i bought sp fatvoice and sp fat10 already, if i were to buy sp fat5, what will happen?
4. since i reload rm105 already, why didnt my expiry date extend to +105 days?

1. Yes, this to stop auto renewal. Your current data not affected. If you didn't do this, on 12/10/2017, it will auto subscribe 10Gb data.

2. Yes, you can subscribe new data plan anytime, no need to wait the expiry date.

3. You can buy but you will not get free 5gb data since you already claim it for fat10.

4. Please get back with your dealer or you can call customer service.

Just to add a bit and help clarify:
1. as per maxubex's reply
2. as per maxubex's reply
3. You will now only get 5GB season pass. If you first get SP FAT5 and finishes the free 5GB data plan quota by day 9 and then subscribe to SP FAT10 on day 10, you will get another free 10GB data plan free.
4. Purchasing any of the special SP FAT/VOICE wil trigger automatic 28 months validity extension. It will override existing validity and 28 months validity extension is from the day of 1st special SP FAT subscription. If your reloads were done before special SP FAT subscription then this explains why.

If you port-in with a dealer then he/she would have advised you on how to maximize/optimize any benefit(s) from your reload(s), special SP FAT subscription(s), options, features and so on.

Oh that clarifies everything.
So I should reload RM25 first, bought SP FAT5, reload RM80, buy SP FATVOICE, after 9 days, buy SP FAT10 again.. damn

Yes, I port in from my dealer and I would say this particular dealer does not have enough knowledge to guide me.
Maybe he only cares about the direct sale behind onexox. rclxub.gif

How does SP C1 (RM80) different from SP FAT10 (RM50) + SP FATVOICE (RM30) except of the extra 10gb valid 30days?

Hello again !

SP C1 is a normal daily Season Pass combo which is available for purchase anytime by any subscriber. The special SP FAT10 is only available within the first 10 days of a new activation/subscriber.

xox have hv a lot of dead spot coverage
eventhough they use celcom coverage

i been there dual sim both running 4G, celcom hv line but xox no line

Hello there!

Add-on is an option to add data quota to an existing data subscription. Example: You have 200MB quota left and wanted to download a 400MB driver update, so you may want to use data add-on option to avoid download disruption.

From my observation, most users rarely use this option but its there just in case. Usually we advise users to just finish off their quota and re-subscribe to a new data plan with a full 30 days period.
