Hi, I'm confuse with DA/MA, New sim card preload rm 5 in MA, just now I reload it goes to DA, what's the different?

And also, if I've purchase the 333mins voice, means all calls I made will deduct the balance here 1st, when finish only deduct the money in acc, is that right?

Yes it will use you're voice allowance (333minutes) from Season Pass first then it will utilise any credit in DA account or MA account. But be well noticed that they will charge in minute block, so if you made 30 seconds call, it will deduct 1 minute from your 333min allowance.

Any balance in your DA account have better call/sms rate. You may refer first page of this thread to know what's the difference between DA and MA.

DA - Balance in this account will get special rate for calling. So, if you do calling, it will utilize season pass > DA > MA in this order.

MA - Balance in this account is use to buy internet plan, season pass or sharing MA balance. So, when you buying plan it will utilize MA > DA in this order.

Depends on the amount you reload, some will go to DA some will go to MA. If you reload RM50 and above, all amount will go to DA.

Just curious, if I reload 50, it goes to DA, means act no diff if I buy the voice package or not, is that right? All my call is same 9cents per block?

Season pass is always the cheapest: 9 sen / minit

Friends and family: 12 sen / minit

DA to onexox network: 15 sen / minit

DA to other network: 18 sen / minit

MA: 24 sen / minit


However, season pass is count by min eventhough you only having short call (less than 30sec), if I'm not mistaken.

Just ignore DA/MA if you have Season Pass, as minute in Season Pass will be utilized first for call

Only DA can transfer to MA or MA to other people MA (share credit).
