STEP 2 ‒ Invite friends & family to become XOX users.
STEP 3 ‒ After they have become XOX users, get them to SMS MGM< space >REG< space >< Your Mobile Number > to 28899

Tried Google xox dealer Google map ...but too far away.
And for the official site one... I am a little bit confused with that. So, I think it's better to ask here
if there is no any place less distant from me,i will go to section 14( I have found one dealer in section 14)
I planned to port out my old card to Xox next week

If I do MNP online, do I still need to go to the outlet /dealer' place for verification? Coz, usually apply for a card, the passport/ic will be used.
I saw somewhere said that after do application,still need to go to outlet for verification( passport)

Hello，if possible,please answer my 3 questions.
1.At least how much do I need have in my account (→Balance) to make a phone call in Malaysia. Now I just have 5 Rm.

2.At least how much do I need have in my account to make a phone call when I am out of Malaysia. (→Roaming)

My card received the local telecom signal ,and I can received SMS from my friends from Malaysia, but the problem,is i cannot make a phone cal or even send a SMSl. I guess may 5 Rm is not enough to make a phone call or send a SMS when I am in another country?

3.When I comeback to Malaysia, since I may don't have the network. if I need to subscribe DATA FATD1 by Sms, what do I need do?
I guess after Send FATD1 to 22111 , then i will receive the data.

the problem occured firstly yesterday, I cannot connect to the internet with data and cannot make a phone call (except emergence number) via my onexox sim card.. ( But I can see the signal as usual, I mean the icon showing the network strength ...please refer to my attachment)after about half an hour, my onexox card did as usual.... and today ,the problem occur again, it's more than 1 and a half hour , what should I do... I only have one telephone number which is Xox, so now I even cannot make a phone call to service center.
