Please take note that for new simpacks, the RM10 topup must be done within 24hours of activation/registration and the 28 months validity extension will be updated within the next 14 days (maximum).

Activation means when received the card, call to 13322? And yes. I did do everything within 24 hrs once received the card.. Hopefully it will updated.

After 28mths, have any option to extend 28 mths again?

Hello again,

The 28 months validity is only given once. You can subscribe to 1 year extension at RM25 as many time as you require to extend your validity further.

Mine updated to 28 months after 7 days. Guess just have to wait for now.

too bad can't send sms to shortcode

nowday a lot of bank will required us to reply to the short code to participate to contest

ONEXOX blocks all premium sms content and only allows very limited whitelisted 5 digit numbers to send through (ex: Banks TAC). This prevents the so-called "scam sms" that silently draining customers credit from happening.

Even then, there were cases of premium sms charges that manages to get through due to attempts of unknown party. However, ONEXOX promptly refunded all known/reported cases and will continue to block all premium sms content from getting in.

Unfortunately, all outgoing sms to premium sms numbers are also blocked. Please call customer service at 12273 for futher clarification if you are affected by this.

As for DA/MA, please take a peek at onexox.my for more info on DA - dedicated account and MA - main account details.

All new SIM registrations (starter pack/mnp) comes preloaded with RM5 credit in MA.

The so-called sms spamming were notifications sent out mostly about available season pass happy hour for the day and current promotions. That was due to complaints by many users of not receiving any news of Happy Hour info. (Whether this is true or not is not for me to say)

If you have referred this to your dealer, you would have been advised to call customer service at 12273 to remove your number from the notification list (ie: to stop spamming you). If you haven't done so, please call customer service at 12273 and tell them that you do not wish to receive any kind of sms advertisement from them ever again.
