In your case,you should call onexox customer service at 12273(Or email to enquiries@xox.com.my) to lodge a report.They may ask for proof : - Date,time,amount and channel/method of top up and date of validity purchased for them to check.
Your screenshot of "BEFORE" purchase the validity have the amount of credits shown that you top up
AND
Your screenshot of "AFTER" purchase the validity have the amount of credits balance after deduction.
Since you have these screenshots,you may use these screenshots as proof.
