Infact if your elderly's phone number are important,you can extends the validity as long as you want @ RM25 per year if you purchase validity before 1st June 2025

Infact onexox still cheap at RM25 for 365 days if you purchase before 1st June 2025 (Can purchase as many years as you like)

As hotlink 365 days at RM30 doesn't mean this plan won't change next year or coming years.

All data,minutes and sms in season pass are valid according to your prepaid(Old plan only) validity date.

Prepaid that don't have any auto renewal FAT500 or FAT1 plan before 01/01/2025 will have to activate minimum 2GB data plan starting from 01/01/2025.

Prepaid that have FAT500 or FAT1 plan auto renewal must make sure there's enough data in season pass for continuous renewal data plan.

If there's not enough data in season pass on renewal date/time, the auto renewal will automatically stop and you need to activate a new data plan 2GB minimum.

Are you sure onexox/xox data speed can reach 1Gbps speed ? Which area ? Would like to try the speed if I'm happens to be at that area.

Wow ! you're sure lucky to get this data speed.

Never heard anyone around my place ever get this speed including onexox dealers.

My onexox black plan can only get the fastest data speed at around 400 Mbps since the day onexox on 5G but most of the time only at around 280 Mbps.

Update from onexox/xox dealers : -

To OLD Onexox/xox prepaid plan registered before 01/01/2025.

6 months(RM18) and 1 year(RM25) validity for old prepaid plan will NO more available starting from 01/06/2025.

From 01/06/2025 onwards all old prepaid plan that expired : will only get normal validity through top up : - every RM1 for 1 day validity.

Many part time dealers can't survive this new monthly KPI thus onexox save a lot of money .

Change dealer's yearly KPI @ RM225 to 6 month KPI @ RM500 starting from 01/04/2025

Hi, previously onexox/xox prepaid can transfer credit amount up to RM30 to other onexox/xox prepaid but now they reduced the credit transfer amount to

maximum RM15 only.

Now you need double the transfer fee to transfer RM30(RM15 x 2)

There's one more thing.......they are now beginning to oust the part time dealers who also have parts in contributing to what onexox/xox achieved today.

Some of these part time dealers begins as early as nearly 10 years ago.

Hi, each credit transfer transaction will be charged transfer fee of RM0.25 to both side (transferor and recipient)

If you transfer RM15, RM15.25 will be deducted from your credits and recipient will receive RM14.75 only.

Please take note that the price of 1 year validity suddenly hike from RM25 to RM48 starting from today 01/05/2025 without any notice !!!

Wow !!! onexox act first without any notice, the only notice is about RM25 for 1 year validity will not available starting from 01/06/2025.

But they starts 1 month early.

They are desperate now as to do this as to "Cut cost N cut loss N gain profit N gain cash flow" according to info from onexox dealers see in group chats.

Old prepaid plan can't make money, maybe most users top up only RM25 to purchase 1 year validity and some purchase HAPPY HOUR once in a year.

So they don't care about users of old prepaid plan whether to stay or port-out.That's why the price of 1 year validity increase by 92% to RM48

Now the new prepaid plan with minimum RM18, RM35 and RM48 data plan monthly sure can make money cause users need to top up and purchase a data plan monthly.

In this case may ask users to top up and maintain RM25 credits and try purchase the 1 year validity.

Hungry for .......

1) NO more promoting incentives as "Future pension" now as they promote to dealers in early stage when they want to attract people to be their dealers.

More harsh KPI causing more dealers to lost monthly incentives thus get demoted and onexox/xox saves a lots every month.(Cut cost ?)

2) No more promoting cheapest and longest validity prepaid in Malaysia now as they promote in early stage when they want people to be their prepaid users.

New prepaid monthly data plan minimum RM18,Rm35 and RM48 causing users to pay more and onexox/xox get more every month.(Gain profits & cash flow ?)

3) No more promoting "Syariah compliant" now as they promote in early stage when they want to attract malay peoples to be their users.

Don't know why they didn't promote anymore......... can only see that onexox/xox are desperade to earn more.

Hi,after you purchase the 6 months validity(RM30) you'll get 180 days validity,high speed 5GB data and 512kbps speed 10Gb data for the first 30 days only.

The first 30 days the 5gb high speed data will be active first and basic data will active only after the high speed data are used up.
