Latest update :

From 01/06/2025 all ONEXOX BLACK bills can only be paid through Black app, selfcare portal, JomPAY and auto debit.

Even their dealers, onexox dealers can't pay the onexox Black bills starting from 01/06/2025.

This means onexox dealers will earn less money : paying RM1000 bills they will earn RM50

What happens to onexox.........seems very desperate.......another way of cut cost ???

Yesterday the price still RM25, extended 1 number yesterday.

Same here many users are complaining the problems to onexox dealers.

Users are adviced to make reports to onexox customer service at 12273,hopefully some actions will be taken.....HOPEFULLY !!!

Here apps need some times to open same with the playstore apps update.

Not all dealers are leaving,I think only dealers who are forced to leave due to the harsh KPI(Can't achieve KPI) are leaving especially part time dealers.

The dealers with thousands and .......many thousands of income will surely stay to keep their huge income.

Don't know how many of these dealers will sacrifice some of their incentives to make free registrations or make free activations in order to achieved their KPI as to keep their monthly incentives from confiscated.

And WOW !!! there's informations about many fake registrations happening,I think many of us know why

According to info from onexox dealers,there's no limit for validity purchase.

You can purchase as many years as you want but are you serious about purchasing a very long...long...validity ?

No one can guarantee this MVNO will last.........for how many years from now after so many changes were made recently.

Some user did purchase very long validity after thinking and would like to take the risk.

HI,personally I think extends 1 - 2 years validity considered ok.

Yes,from now till 30/06/2025 the 1 year validity still available at the price of RM25.

There's possibility after 30/06/2025 the 1 year validity will be available with price changed/hike up to 92% (RM23) + RM25 = RM48.

Hi,not yet confirmed about the price, have to wait till 01/06/2025 but their dealers say high possibility cause onexox want to gain income.......

It's either : no more 1 year validity or increase the price.

Hi, what do you mean : 1st time use need activate sim ?

Do you have onexox/xox prepaid line ? When did you purchase it ? Is the prepaid still active ?

When you login black app : -

you should see as in photo 1, click XOX Mobile and you can see as in photo 2 then you schrool down and see the purchase validity as in photo 3.

Have you sign up black app ? If you haven't then you should sign up first by filling email and password.

After that you can login using email and password or using phone number and TAC number

In your case,don't know where go wrong cause when we click XOX MOBILE it goes to next page showing your season pass,validity date and purchase validity.

If you subscribe to 1X-18 @ RM18 you'll get :- 50GB data @ 6mbps speed + 100GB basic data @ 512kbps + 10GB hotspot + unlimited calls between onexox/xox(On net) for 30 days. Calls to other telco will be charge RM0.15 per minutes

Please take note that you need to have sufficient validity(30 days) to use any of these 1X prepaid plans.

Hi, old prepaid plan still can purchase season pass and Happy Hour Promo as long as it is available for purchased or until further notice.

Hi,if your new prepaid plan have enough validity(30 days) you can subscribe 1X-18 or other 1X plan.

You can top up RM30 and get 30 days validity(1 day validity for every RM1 top up) then subscribes 1X-18 with no further top up cause you already got RM30 credits.

If you want to purchase validity : RM30 will be deducted for 180 days validity not 30 days.

Yes, old prepaid plan can purchase the 1 year validity at RM25 as many as you want before 01/06/2025 but not sure about what will happen after 31/05/25.

AFAIK Hotlink Pantas(Maxis) prepaid plan priced at RM30 for 1 year validity and unused data purchased are valid for 1 year(T & C apply)

Season pass and Happy Hour Promo still available for old prepaid plan until further notice.

Always check your prepaid account before purchase and after purchase validity to see the new validity date.

I already advised that users should screenshot the latest validity and keep it for future dispute in my previous post.

Try logout and then login again your black app.

How(Which method) did you purchase the validity ? Send sms or purchase in black app ?

Any sign of successfully purchase the validity after you purchase ?

Did you check the prepaid credit, RM25 deducted ?
