The feedback I get from onexox dealers : Onexox dealers give advice to their prepaid users to screenshot the results after checking the status as a proof in

case anything happens to their prepaid plan on/after 01/10/2025, everyone knows that onexox will ask for proof by then.

Remember ??? Previously there are some prepaid users already purchased validity but still gets BARRED/Terminated and onexox asking for proof of purchasing validity.

Ha ha ha ! MVNO that hungry for $$$ as you can see that all changes are related to increase $$$

Their dealers who survived monthly KPI say company want to cut cost/expenses and increase profits/incomes.......

So many part time dealers failed their new harsh monthly KPI which caused part time dealer's monthly incentives confiscated by company.

It seems that this MVNO change colour from green to yellow, did anyone notice ?

Nowadays handphones can use 2 simcards and it's a must to have 2 or more different telco's line which 1 of it will be a back up line.

Today is 1st.October,2025

To those Onexox/xox prepaid that are selected to be auto upgrade to One-X prepaid plan and didn't top up RM30 in time : -

1) All previous validity will be void and will have 30 days validity from today onwards.

2) All data,minutes and sms in season pass acc will be confiscated.

3) Cannot purchase HAPPY HOUR PROMO.......can only purchase ONE-X monthly plan.

4) All airtime credit will be transferred automatically to the new ONE-X PREPAID Plan.

Previously DB : All the uncredited data balanced are forfeited/BURNED upon billing date, only shown balance are carried forward.

Now : Starting from 2nd October 2025 all (Full) data will be credited on billing date and balanced will be carried forward.

As long as you have enough credits (In MA only), there're no limit to transfer credits to other number(Same telco) but there're transfer fee charged to both transferer and transferee.

Usually data voucher in "REWARDS" must be redeemed within 30 days.

AFAIK when redeem a data voucher, the data will be valid :

1) for 30 days if there's no active data plan(Auto renewal will apply)

2) according to ongoing data plan's expiry date as ADD ON DATA.

Agreed, all the new T & C and all the changes are about increase income to the company.

More charges to users and less commission to dealers or even confiscated dealer's commissions especially part time dealers.

Yeah.......the validity price hike from RM25 to RM48 from 1st July 2025 onwards.

Now the internet/data are getting worst(Unstable).......always switching from 5G to 4G+ and vice versa causing problems to use internet/data.

Latest info from onexox dealers, recently they received many complaints from 1X prepaid users : -

1X prepaid users subscribes to 1X monthly data plan, credits deducted but can't go online,check balance and it show no subscription.

Call customer service and the answer same as yours....... users "Click end data" and have to wait for technical check doh.gif
