Hi,are you sure 5Gb deducted for FAT500 data plan ?

Check the sms that you received for data plan renewal/activated to see the data plan or check the existing data plan in black app.

Call onexox CS if you confirm that 5GB deducted for FAT500 data plan.

Hi,onexox family plan is RM39 only unless add 2 supplementary lines will be RM59(39+10+10)

You can mnp to onexox family plan principal line online or through onexox dealers.

You can change from onexox prepaid plan/black plan to family plan principal line only,all onexox lines are not allowed to change to family supplementary line.

Onexox family plan supplemantary line can only be added with new numbers registered or mnp from others telcos.

If you want to change onexox numbers to family supplementary line,you need to mnp to other telco first and then mnp back to family supplementary line.

According to onexox dealers,many active data plan users didn't received this "Rebate Rahmah 5GB Data" which supposed are FREE to all prepaid and postpaid.

Don't know why many onexox/xox users didn't get this FREE 5GB

SKMM/MCMC already announced that this "FREE additional 5GB" are for all prepaid and postpaid users(Malaysian citizen only) on 1st day Hari Raya and valid for 24 hours only.

Today is 1st day HARI RAYA so this FREE additional 5GB only for today and valid for 24 hours only.

Anyway.....this FREE 5GB only valid for 24 hours only.

According to prepaid user,the 5GB data credited into season pass after they redeemed.

So you need to check your data balance before and after you redeem the 5gb data in rewards(Black app) to make sure you get the data credited.

Check your other telco line,maybe this "Rebate Rahmah 5GB Data" was awarded to your other telco postpaid/prepaid line.

This "Rebate Rahmah 5GB Data" are given once only to every 1 Malaysian ID regardless of how many postpaid/prepaid lines you have in Malaysia.

Feedback from onexox users who redeemed the "Rebate Rahmah 5GB Data" on 31/03/25 and then some activate the 5GB from season pass and some let it

remain in season pass and surprisingly the data still haven't burned yet when they check their season pass and active data plan again today, after 72 hours.

Latest update from onexox/xox dealers : -

To old Onexox/xox prepaid plan users who registered before 01/01/2025.

6 months(RM18) and 1 year(RM25) validity for old prepaid plan will no more be available starting from 01/06/2025.

After these old prepaid plan expired,only normal validity through top up : - every RM1 for 1 day validity.

There's user with validity till 2037.......that's 12 years of validity

There's user have validity of 12 years till 2037

All in season pass acc will active till your prepaid expired

Don't know but a user have validity of 12 years till 2037

Just a reminder to users who purchase validity : -

Always check your validity before and after each time purchase validity to make sure it's correct.

After you are done purchasing validity,screenshot the latest sms received showing successful purchase validity and screenshot the result of *150*1#.

Keep these screenshots for future reference in case cause there are cases of users being barred after several months of purchasing 2 years validity.

Onexox c.s. ask for proof to reinstate the validity and will be denied if there's no proof.

Many part time dealers paid RM255 to renew their dealership for 2025 but after renewed their dealership part time dealer's find out and are headache of the

new monthly KPI which may cause most part time dealers to lost their monthly commissions

AND

there's also a new KPI for consecutive 6 months to be achieved or else get demoted or pay RM500 to continue dealership.

Maybe it's time to rid of part time dealers who once contribute more or less in the past 10 years or even more.

Something like chinese says : "dismantle the bridge after successfully cross the river"

P.s. Part time dealers who didn't achived KPI last year feels cheated cause they pay RM225 to renew their dealership and still will get demoted.

The new KPI starts on 01/04/2025 should be posted earlier before commencing date not late on 04/04/2025. Maybe they really desperate to collect as many as

they can by posting late so that many dealers paid RM225.

Hi,according to info from onexox dealer,the new one-x prepaid don't have season pass so data,minutes and sms in season pass will forfeited.

If you change plan to new one-x prepaid,you cannot purchase HAPPY HOUR promo and you need to purchase monthly data plan as attachment.

Only port-in from other telco can register as family supp line.

All existing onexox/xox prepaid/black users are not allowed to change plan to family supp line but can change plan to family principle line.

So port-out your onexox/xox prepaid line to other telco and then port-in to family supp line will be allowed.

Hi, you will get data for the 1st 30 days only after you purchase the validity as shown attachment.

As for now there's no memo about Happy Hours promo/season pass will stop.

So the Happy Hour promo/season pass still can be purchased until.......who know, will update if there's info from onexox dealers.

Hi,you can still extends your old onexox/xox prepaid : RM25 for every 1 year purchased before 1st June 2025

You can extends validity before expiry date cause the validity purchased extends from the expiry date(Prolong)
