No need to stop as dealer cause the new KPI for dealer effective from 1st.April,2024 are to register/sign up 40 new customers yearly or their dealership will be terminated.

This new KPI will surely demote/terminate part time dealers who survived previous KPI, which had caused quite many part time dealers dealers being terminated.

Hi,onexox/xox can make calls to 1-300 number which are chargeable.

If your line is black plan,make sure you don't have OVERDUE bill.

If your line is prepaid plan,make sure you have enough credit in your prepaid acc.

Hi,family plan consist of unlimted calls to all that are not chargeable line like local mobile phone number and landed phone number but calls to 1-300 are chargeable.

So when you have overdue bills but line haven't "BARRED",you may still use the unlimited voice calls but not calls that are chargeable i.e 1-300 or IDD

AFAIK,only can MNP/port-in into family plan.

Hi,you need to port-out your onexox/xox line and then port-in/MNP to family supp-line(According to onexox dealer's info)

If your line is still onexox/xox line then you can't port-in/MNP, that's the reason why you can't find xox in the MNP column.

As for COBP from existing prepaid plan to family plan's principal line is allowed but not family plan's supp-line.

Well.......it seems that they're losing customers and....... dealers whom had contribute since they start operating years back.

And now survived dealers are talking about a high position person in this telco had said "Sale kita teruk gila" before hari raya with screenshot of the messenger chat.

Now I don't need to purchase MNP sim,SRP sim,simpack,eRecharge and don't need any oneSys or oneXapp,no need to achieve monthly/yearly KPI.

Luckily at that time before I quit as dealer, I already plan to earned the 6% UGU commissions(Now onexox revised UGU commission to 5%)

Demoted dealers will not get any commissions but onexox/xox numbers(Introducers) are entitled to get 5% UGU when they fill in onexox/xox number in the UGU

column when a new onexox users register a new prepaid/black plan.

If your onexox/xox line still active onexox/xox line and the users number still are onexox/xox line and are UGU under your number ,you should received UGU 5%

when they top up or pay bills.

P.S. Dealers DREG/phone number cannot register as introducers(UGU) and not entitled to get 5% UGU.

Hi,infacts you can select a onexox number that is not Dreg/dealers number to receive 5% UGU like I did.

I've been receiving the 5% UGU for years even before I give up my dealership which I sell/transfer to other onexox users and received cash.

Yeah.....but if you got many users,you can still earn some cash maybe few hundreds $$$ monthly without any dealer's KPI.

Just need one normal onexox prepaid number with RM25 purchase validity per year.

Luckily I discover this method years ago for small income earnings in case my dealership terminated

and yes just as I expected my dealership did terminated but still earning some cash.

Hi,it depends on your present telco to process your port-out request.

From what I know, porting in from redone or celcom take only 2 days.

Normally you will received sms to confirmed port-out from your present telco and you need to reply ASAP according to the details in the sms you received.

Yes,you can still purchase 1 year validity on top of the free 36 months validity,you don't need to top up RM30 every 120 days for 1 year but not sure about the rest 28

+ 8 = 36 months.

Because this T & C just started on 1st.April,2024 there's no information regarding this. Maybe you can call onexox customer service for inquiry.

Due to the new T & C for prepaid, new prepaid users are ADVISED by dealers to purchase the 1 year validity and then purchase Happy Hour promo which are far more

worth/cheaper than welcome deals.......except those dealers who want to earn the incentives for welcome deals that new users purchased.

Hi, are you sure it's June 2026 ? Expiry date should be extended to July 2026. and the next RM30 top up should be in September 2024(120 days)

If you have proof something like screenshot,you can email to cs@onexox.my with the proof.

Did your mom's prepaid passed the 1 year validity that is purchased ? Better check if already over 16 months from the date of purchase 1 year validity.

According to dealers, you still need to top up RM30 every 120 days after the 1 year validity that you purchased lapsed unless they change the T & C again.

HI all, according to T & C, all extended validity from "Top up transaction" and "Validity purchased" : no need to top up RM30 every 120 days within these validity

period.

AFAIK if you purchased 1 year validity on top of your 2 years validity,the first year no need to top up RM30 every 120 days but need to top up on the 2nd and 3rd

year of your validity(Info from dealers)

It's better to call onexox c.s. to confirmed this info.

As this T & C just started on 1st.April,2024 and different c.s. called on different day provide different info/answer which means even their c.s. are not sure how it works.

Latest information from onexox dealers !!!

Today many prepaid users are "BARRED" till 29/06/2024 even though some prepaid users did purchase 1 year validity @ RM25 more than 6 months ago.

Onexox c.s. are asking for proof of purchasing the 1 year validity to UNBARRED their prepaid line.

So now prepaid users need to keep "PROOF" when purchasing the 1 year validity for future.........

It's 28 + 8 = 36 months .........no more point of having 36 months validity since need to top up RM30 every 120 days.

No,you can't get back your previous validity.

If you reload RM30 and purchase 1 year validity after you received the "BARRED" sms, you get 30 days + 365 days = 395 days validity only.

And you need to save the proof of your purchase 1 year validity in case your prepaid "BARRED" months later like many other prepaid users faced on 30/05/2024.
