As I mention before,some onexox prepaid users who purchase 1 year and some purchase 2 years validity also get BARRED several months(Up to 9 months)before

their expiry date.

Users who didn't have proof of purchasing the validity are denied their long validity and are told to top up their prepaid to resume active line depends on the top

up amount and/or purchase the 1 year validity again.(That's why I remind users to keep the proof of success purchase validity)

As for users who have proof, I suggest that they report to SKMM/MCMC so SKMM/MCMC can check on onexox about this matter but unknown how many users are

willing to make a report cause they feel it's troublesome as they can claim back their long validity by submitting the proof of purchasing validity.

Prepaid users pay RM25 for each 1 year validity purchased but get BARRED before expiry date, how can this happens ?

So good luck to hmmmmmmm.........who ? onexox prepaid users or onexox ?

The 36 months validity awarded FREE when new users purchase any welcome deal within 10 days new users activate their prepaid.

Only the RM25 for every 1 year validity purchased are counted.

Hi,if you want the 28 + 8 = 36 months FREE validity,you need to purchase any WELCOME DEAL within 10 days of your prepaid activation date.

Reminder : as this 36 months validity are FREE, you need to top up RM30 every 120 days to maintain these long validity.

got volte icon.

in the about phone > status information > sim card status> mobile nvoice network type,  it shows lte, but this actually just means volte i read. because as long as the icon at top shows volte that is confirmation. if don't have the icon, then it's the regular lte.

samsung had removed the volte toggle from the UI. so if it's not there, that is probably why. But that doesn't necessarily mean you don't have volte. As long as you see the volte icon you should be good for that.

telco and also sms both confirmed 5g is active. but when i checked, it still shows 4g. i already take out sim card, restart phone, power, then insert sim, wait 5 minute, check again still same. also set airplane mode wait 1 minute, check, same. re-check the network settings, all seems to be order, tested xox, xox4g, and celcom, same results.

my guess is i need to travel to an area where 5g is available and check whether it will flip from 4g to 5g. But that might not be the case cause i checked here

Hi,usually the dealer do the port-in on the spot when you purchase the mnp sim.

You also can find any dealer to do the port-in for you if you already purchase a mnp sim from any dealers.

Oneox/xox prepaid will have 30 days of BARRED status line and 30 days of BLOCKED status line before terminated(Total 60 days from the date of line BARRED).

Every RM1 top up will extends 1 day validity if prepaid still active.

You can check balance/expiry date using ussd code *150*1# or xox black app.

i called customer service, i was asking about the 120 days have to top up rm30. They said no need because i paid for the rm25 validity so i don't have to worry about this.

So i guess, no problem?

I will just keep an eye in case line no longer working then see whats up then. But basically i already top up 2 years in advance because i i don't like to keep track of these things sweat.gif  lel
yeah when you call their custom service, they said new policy since march 2024 or something. so i asked them about it, they say my account no problem no need top up every 120 days 30 ringgit since they said it goes by the validity which i already paid so i don't have to worry.

but if suddenly got issue, they can't just simply just change like this.... have to give us some notice up front  sweat.gif  will have to see. because i already asked them about this new term of condition change, they said it doesn't affect me so...  hmm.gif

well from what i saw there was an option within blackxox app to top up  validity for 1 year for rm25. if you want longer just stack, i did this before it worked. but with the current situation i cannot imagine anyone dare keep validity more than 1 year just in case rug pulled under them  sweat.gif

Yeah.......just to be safe,keep the sms received showing success purchase 1 year validity for proof but this sms didn't show any phone number bangwall.gif

So my suggestion is to take screenshot of the *150*1# showing details the prepaid phone number,credit balance,season pass balance & expiry date for extra proof.

Something like attached photo of this prepaid user who have long...long..... very long validity.

User top up then purchase validity and take screenshot to avoid unwanted future problems.

months validity which need to be redeemed in the "REWARDS" (Xox black app).

You won't get the 28 + 8 months validity if you purchase after 10 days of prepaid activation date.

Since onexox make changes to their T & C for their prepaid on 01/04/2024, make sure to top up RM30 every 120 days to avoid the long validity confiscated,line

barred(30 days),blocked(30 days) and terminated.

That's why dealers advised affected prepaid users to file report/complaint to skmm/mcmc.

The more reports/complaints are filed,the more effectiveness it will be hopefully.........

Didn't stated this T & C apply to new users before or after 1st.April,2024 (Date of new T & C)

In fact every phone number can get 28 months long validity once only but some users get the 2nd 28 months validity when port-out then port-in again.

New T & C (1st.April.2024) of top up RM30 every 120 days probably due to no income earned (No top up by prepaid users) in such long period of validity.

Even their black dealers are forced to make payments of one month bill + 6% sst every month starting 1st.April,2024 in order to get their monthly incentives

regardless of the total OVERPAID amount they have on billing date.

If black dealers fails to pay one month bill + 6% sst their incentives for that month will be confiscated by onexox.

To my knowledge, some dealers have OVERPAID amount up to 2 months and they still have to pay another one month bill + 6% sst every month in order to get their

monthly incentives, imagine how much money did onexox hold from the OVERPAID amount that dealers already paid.

P.S. Prepaid dealers need to make top up amount of RM30 monthly to get their monthly incentives or incentives for that month confiscated.

When users emails to onexox/xox C.S. regarding this issue, C.S. ask for proof of purchase the long validity in their reply.

Users who failed to submit proof will be denied the extended long validity with no records in their system as excuse, why they don't have records in their system ?

It seems that they yearned for more money when you see these info which commenced from 1st.APRIL,2024 :-

1) Prepaid users need to top up RM30 every 120 days(shouldn't happens to users who purchase long validity)

2) Every prepaid dealers need to top up RM30 monthly to get their monthly incentives paid regardless how much money in their prepaid account.

3) Every Black(Postpaid) dealers need to pay monthly bill + 6% sst to get their monthly incentives paid regardless of how much OVEPAID money in their

black(postpaid)account.

PS : 4) Now they are promoting the prepaid plan Unlimited 35(UNL35) which users need to top up RM35 every 30 days to have FUP 200GB data at 3mbps capped speed.

Today many onexox/xox users are making inquiries about the sms from onexox/xox.

This sms is a reminder to onexox/xox users who are earning User Get User(UGU) 5% incentives to update information in OneSYS before 20/07/2024 or else monthly

User Get User(UGU) 5% incentives payment will be BLOCKED/HOLD.

AFAIK this "OneSYS" is used by onexox/xox dealers until today I realise it's also for users but no one promote it even Onexox/xox doesn't.

How many users know about this "OneSYS" ? Dealers never told users about this "OneSYS" from the first day users register as onexox/xox users.

Hi,the 12 months validity extended from the expiry date of your prepaid.

If you top up RM25 and then purchase 1 year validity,you'll get 365 + 25 = 390 days validity extended from 29/08/2024.
