No,this T & C only effective till 13/03/24 cause onexox have change their T & C to a new one on 14/03/2024

As more and more prepaid users received and complains about this "Top up RM30 every 120 days" ,

now dealers have make inquiries to their Dealer Management Team so called DMT and get reply to ask dealers to wait for new announcement from onexox regarding this matter.

Until then.........good luck to all onexox/xox prepaid users including myself.

AFAIK sst for telcos(Postpaid plan) remains at 6%,correct me if I'm wrong.

Please call onexox c.s. at 12273 to confirmed this.

74. Notwithstanding the Subscriber's status under the ONEXOX Prepaid Plan, XOX reserves the right, at all times, to terminate the Subscriber's subscription to the Plan(s) and its services if the Subscriber has not made a cumulative top up of at least RM30.00 for a continuous period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. Where plan and its Services is Terminated, XOX may revoke the Subscriber's mobile telephone number(s) with immediate effect and without further notice after a final reminder has been given to the Subscriber.

75. Clause 74 shall not apply to Subscriber(s) whose mobile telephone number(s) are on any active validity package offered by XOX and purchased by the Subscriber. For the avoidance of doubt, Clause 74 shall take effect on the expiry date of the Subscriber(s) respective validity package.

HI, even though your prepaid have 28 months validity,if you received the sms as attachment below means you need to top up RM30 to prevent your prepaid being terminated.

Key in ussd code *150*1# to check your prepaid balance/validity.

Xox/onexox black plan B10 @ RM10 + 6% sst = RM10.60 per month,you get 3GB data + 20 minutes voice call(Unused carried forward)

Hi,if you extends validity by purchase 365 days @ RM25,no need to top up RM30 every 120 days.

If you purchase 365 days validity before 28 March 2024 (Without any top up) expiry date : 28 march 2025.

If you top up and purchase 365 days then every RM1 top up extends 1 day validity plus the 365 days.

Hi,according to information from onexox dealer,validity purchased (RM25 for 365 days) no need to top up RM30 every 120 days.

As for new prepaid simpack or MNP that gets 28 months or 36 months validity free will need to top up RM30 every 120 days upon receiving reminder sms.

If prepaid number received the reminder sms like attachment below,means need to top up or else prepaid number will be terminated soon.

Latest informations released and updates from onexox dealers regarding onexox/xox prepaid T & C clause 74,75 & 76 starting 1st APRIL,2024

The RM30 top up every 120 days :

𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗧 (Prepaid users who need to top up):
1. Pengguna pelanggan WD berserta tempoh sah 28 / 36 bulan, dan
2. Pengguna yang berdaftar lebih 120 hari, dan
3. Pengguna Aktif (aktif) yang mempunyai penggunaan data/sms/call tanpa top up.

𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗧𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗞 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗧(Prepaid users who DON'T need to top up):
1. Pengguna pelanggan tempoh sah 6 / 12 bulan.
2. Pengguna yang berdaftar kurang 120 hari.
3. Pengguna yang mempunyai tambah nilai (terkumpul RM30) sehari sebelum SMS blasting.
4. BR sedia ada.
5. Pengguna yang mempunyai tambah nilai (terkumpul RM100) dalam tempoh setahun.
6. Pengguna yang mempunyai tempoh sah lebih 28 / 36 bulan disebabkan telah berlaku tambah nilai yang menyumbang kepada pemanjangan tempoh sah.

Hope this info will help prepaid users to beware and avoid being terminated.

Many users didn't know about this sudden change of T & C and there're cases of prepaid users already get terminated and all their sms,minutes,data and credits

burned and they need to pay processing fee to get back their prepaid number.

No,all the sms,minutes,data and credits will be forfeited(Non refund) upon prepaid line terminated as in clause 76 in their prepaid T & C.

AFAIK the processing fee of RM50 will be charged to activate terminated prepaid line within 30 days of line terminated.

Several years ago when I'm still onexox dealer,I once help a user to recover terminated prepaid number,don't know if the same fee right now.

You need to email to cs@onexox.my to request for the prepaid number to be activate.

You'll received instructions from onexox on the details and processing fee in their reply.

31/05/2024 but didn't mention of removing the 28+8 months validity.

Hi, if you received the sms that is to notify you that your prepaid didn't have any or accumulate top up of RM30 for the past 120 days.

There's no information for the top up period before termination takes effect but it's advised to top up ASAP you received the sms.

New information from onexox dealers, Onexox will launched a new monthly Black plan on 9th.April,2024

The new plan will only available to new registrations and port-ins and this new plan will be priced at RM50 + 6% sst.

No further information provided at this moment.

Hi,feedback from onexox dealers.......onexox prepaid can change to family plan principal line only.

Onexox prepaids are not allowed to change to family plan supplementary line at this moment.

If prepaids want to change to family plan supplementary line.......port-out and then port-in to family plan supplementary line.
