hi the terms and condition change again from need top up or call or sms or subscribe data plan otherwise will get terminate without notice and now need to top up rm 30 every 120 days even got purchase the rm25 1 year validity every year and validty still longer ? is mean like this ?

one is old number one is new number register last year . what should do ? need top rm 30 both ? or the new only ?

I got one card, already activated, but only use on back up phone
after use for few days, data, call cannot use
call xox, able to make call and received call
but data cannot use at all
call again before raya eve, still cannot
call again on 2nd day of raya, luckily got one experiece CS help me
then all data, Volte can use now.

I cannot register the app for a new number for my friend. The number is not registered before and when I try to register the app, it says msdsin belongs to another account. When I try to log in, it says user not found. This app really useless. What shall I do? Thanks.

April = 30 days May = 30 days June= 30 days July = 30 days already exceed 120 days should extend 1 year validity before August or on August ? and one more thing after extend 1 year validity when need to extend again ? , on the extended day ?  thanks

Disekat  here means BARRED or BLOCKED?

may i ask if i have purchased the 1 year validity@rm25 (valid until May 2026) before this latest t&c update, do i still need to top up rm30 every 4 months or top up and purchase another 6 months or 1 year validity even though i am still within the current validity period?

i am getting different answer from facebook cs, stating i still need to top up rm30 every 4 months or use that top up to purchase another 6 months or 1 year validity, quite confusing

If I already have Rm25 credit inside, can I just buy the 1 year validity @ Rm25 , then no need top up the Rm30, without being blocked?

i guess this thread active coz of the recent T&C change whereby SIM with no transaction within the last 120 days will be blocked.

i am kinda upset coz my SIM was only going to expire in Sep 2024 (28 months). only reason why i ported to XOX in the first place.

so, even though i still have the FAT500 ongoing (deduct from my existing quota), it will all get blocked unless:
* i top up rm30 every 120 days (OR)
* buy the 6/12 months validity at rm18/ rm25...

the thing about buying the validity is... that is what the Welcome Bundle provided in a sense. purchase the Welcome Bundle within 10 days and enjoy 28months valiidty. so, it's outageous that i'll need to extend the validity before Sep 2024.

anyway, i don't wanna waste more time arguing with XOX (had several tickets with them on this).

i have:
* lodged a case with MCMC for the misleading promo -- even now, they website claims up to 36mths validity (and happily omitting the fact about this new T&C)
* ported to Unifi -- I have existing prepaid with them and with the new apps, it's easier to now track my expiry.

unfortunately for you... your SIM will be blocked based on the date of the SMS. your validity on the apps isn't that useful anymore.

so, either top up, or buy the validity extension thingy...

or port out.

I did not topup by yesterday 28/4 "untuk mengelakkan  nombor anda disekat".

Pleasantly surprised to report that first day into disekat today, I am  still  able to go online  with  unfinished mobile  data..

Besides, outgoing and  incoming calls  and sms works as normal  like before.
