After your onexox/xox prepaid expired , your prepaid will be in "BARRED" status for 30 days which you can only received calls & sms.

After that your prepaid will be in "BLOCKED" status for 30 days which you can't even receive calls & sms.

You can still top up your prepaid when the status are "BARRED" or "BLOCKED" .

Your prepaid will be terminated after your prepaid expired more than 60 days.

Every RM1 top up will extends 1 day to your prepaid validity, top up RM730 gets 730 days validity extended.

Now there's a ongoing promo "Validity King" till 31/12/2025 which prepaid users top up and get a validity voucher (Need to redeem) in xox black app under "REWARD".

The validity voucher awarded according to your top up amount as stated in attachment below and yes maximum validity that you can get from the voucher are 730 days.
