At this moment.......yes,your plan will automatically renewed after 30 days if your plan didn't expired(no data in season pass) or you didn't stop auto renewal.

No information about prolong the FAT500/FAT1 data plan after 31/01/2024.

It is known that onexox always make announcement after they had done something.

Hi,if you have enough data in your season pass it'll will deduct from your season pass.

If you didn't have data in your season pass it'll deduct your credit/airtime if you have enough credit/airtime.

Onexox dealers received notice about 5G service(Average speed 284 mbps) will be available starting from 04.01.2024

To activate 5G service,users need to send sms 5G ON to 22777.

And many (maybe all) users with 5G phone already activate the 5G service and still stuck at 4G+ like you even though they are in onexox 5G coverage area.

They check the coverage through the link provided by onexox : https://www.digital-nasional.com.my/interactive-map

Dealers also help in the setting in the 5G phone.......still 4G+ doh.gif

So.......do you think onexox really are ready to provide 5G service ?

Hi,according to feedback from onexox dealers and onexox customer service.......the current APN is still XOX4G.

The basic data @ 512kbps are available only to ACTIVE data plan which the data quota are used up.

No need to change simcard,just send sms 5G ON to 22777 to activate 5G.

My B59DB and prepaid already get 5G but after 3 days after I send sms.

My phones are using XOX4G for APN setting and in 5G coverage area but the average speed is around 500mbps

1) Check your phone whether is 5G phone

2) Select Preferred network type : 5G

3) Set the APN to the latest : XOX4G

4) Check the onexox 5G coverage for your area.

FYI my onexox simcard haven't changed yet since I port-in in year 2018 till now and now gets 5G in my redmi poco X4 pro wih the average speed of 500mbps.

You don't need to buy modified modem if you use onexox simcard unless you intend to use other telco's plan that have limited hotspot plan.

At this moment I use TM unifi at home and I only know that some onexox users are using 4G router with onexox B89DB.

I'll update if I found user who using 5G router with onexox plan.

1. if use redeem free data fat 5 during promo top up min 15 got count as utilized data or must subscribe season pass data ?

2. if subscribe any season pass data week or month once only within 365 days make one call , make one sms out , top up rm 10 within 365 days start lst jan each year got count as utilized and the remaining unused data ,call , sms will be carried forward next year

3. subscribe season pass 2 gb deduct credit or from season pass ? why the 500 mb and 1 gb stated deduct from seaon pass but for 2gb it stated deduct credit rm 5 ?

Answer for Q1 : If you have free data FAT5 which means that you have made some top up to purchase the happy hour promo,the top up is counted as usage.

Answer for Q2 : Subsriptions of data also counted as usage.

Answer for Q3 : As long as you have enough data in your season pass,it'll will deduct from your season pass.

Please take note that 365 days are counted from the last usage.

Hoping for onexox to make changes to this T & C.

Yes,cause you have subscribe a data plan which is counted as usage(Your data in season pass deducted)

The aim of this T & C are to see prepaid users "SPEND" with deductions from their sms,minutes,data,credits or make any top up amount.

If prepaid users put their simcard into drawer for 28 months (Now 36 months) after they activate the prepaid,onexox will got no profits for 36 months.
