Hi,try the sim on other phone to see if the sim have same problem.

If your xox number facing the same problem on several phones,you need to call c.s. for assistance.

Hi, for your info,if you purchase a new onexox number or port-in through a dealer, they will inform you that you may not receive TAC/OTP within 3 to 5 days line

activated.You may try again after 5 days.

If problems are not solved,you can find the nearest onexox dealer for help or call onexox c.s. for inquiry.

Hi,according to onexox dealers info......all new activated onexox line may not getting the otp/tac within 5 days.

But there's cases that can't get the otp/tac even after 5 days.

Hi,you can try this XOX 4G APN.

My poco x4 pro and vivo y77 are using tis APN.

My phones get VoLTE and 4G+

According to onexox dealers........only mention high speed data.

I can't find any info about the data speed in their T & C or FAQS but it stated in onexox online store as attachment below.

Only can find the ADD ON plan : FAMADD10 & FAMADD30 are listed as high speed data.

If you compare the price with other telcos,it's not cheap either.......the only good about onexox is all data can hotspot and long validity for prepaid plan

Many others telcos have unlimited data + free roaming data.......

Onexox's at the same price range or even higher price, doesn't have unlimited data and no free roaming data.

When users didn't pay 2 months bill,they get "Barred line"

When users pay monthly bills promptly and Onexox collect payment every month,they didn't say they collect many money and users didn't get better line either
