Hi,normally a new line registered/activated under same id will be updated in xox black app after 24 hours to 3 days.

Now many users are porting out because of their unstable voice calls & internet data.......

Even their dealers are headache on how to comfort their users due to their data always disconnected and unclear calls.

Onexox should focus on improving their coverage especially data network to keep their users from porting out.

Now dealers are grumbling about numbers of users porting out are far more than users they can sign up/port-in

If that is facts,onexox/xox should buy more bandwith to solve the problems cause users are paying for the services.

When call c.s. they say too many users at the same time and same place and the line is "CONGESTED"

Does that mean we pay monthly bills for "CONGESTED" line ?

It seems that users porting out from onexox to celcom said that celcom data network are better in the same place they use onexox.

I agree with that cause I have celcom xpax which data network are really far better than onexox.

In Malaysia,all telcos are fortunate can operate in this condition.

In other country the telcos will be issued with summons/penalties

Hi,you can extends your validity at anytime,RM25 for each year validity extended.

You can only extends 1 year at a time,means you need to do 5 times for 5 years extended.

Validity will be extended from your onexox expired date.

HI,top up RM25 will get 25 days validity extended and RM25 will be deducted to purchase 365 days validity.

Hi,the only way to check is to call onexox c.s. at 12273 and ask for refunds.

This happens even to the simcard which are kept in drawer without phone.

Imagine how many user's in Malaysia lost their credits and even black users are charged with RM0.15 one in a while for unknown reason.

As it was small amount,most users didn't call c.s. to check.


HI,the answer is NO ! you can purchase the 1 year validity in advanced let's say 5 years or maybe 10 years ?

Top up RM25 and purchase 1 year validity,you'll get 25 days + 365 days = 390 days extended X the total years you want to purchase.

Hi,if your onexox prepaid just been terminated,you can email to cs@onexox.my to get back the prepaid number.

They will tell you the procedure and the amount to be paid.

2 years ago there's a user reactivate the terminated onexox prepaid number had to pay RM100

In the case of onexox simcard used in Iphone which were charged for imessage,there will be NO refunds.

I think you should purchase SP FATVOICE(RM30.00) , you'll get 333 minutes voice calls which will be credited into your season pass and unused minutes will expired according to your prepaid.These minutes can be transfer to other onexox prepaid user.

If you purchase SP FAT5M(RM30.00) ,you'll get :-

1) 10GB data valid for 30 days only ,unused data wll be forfeited after 30 days.

2) 100 minutes voice calls credited into season pass and unused minutes will expired according to your prepaid.This minutes can be transfer to other prepaid user.

Hi, you can only use the 0.5gb data by activate a data plan or add on to ongoing data plan while the 0.09gb(90mb) is not usable

Data plan can be activate from season pass : 0.5gb,1gb,2gb,5gb and 10gb

Data can add on : 100mb,.05gb,1gb and 5gb

No black app.....no extra validity, I think the extra 8 months validity are temporary promo,that's why it's in form of voucher and must be redeemed.

Let's see how long will they maintain this extra validity

Even the extra 8 months validity,promo for wawa prepaid plan didn't last long.

Hi,AFAIK this method of getting 28 months validity not available now.

The new simpack purchased or new port-in must purchase any 1 of the welcome deals within 10 days of prepaid line activated to get 28 + 8 = 36 months validity.

28 months validity will be extended automatically and the 8 months need to be redeemed through "REWARDS" in xox black app.

Yes,wawa plans are auto renewed if there's sufficient credit in (DA+MA) = total amount of your wawa plan.

In case you didn't have enough balance,your wawa plan will failed to renewed.You need to top up and activate the selected wawa plan again.

Registration for the first 10 numbers is FREE. Any additional phone number will be charged RM1.00

Can't find CHINA in the xox roaming country list.

Hi,add first 10 numbers are free,delete numbers are also free but add numbers after the first 10 numbers will be charged RM1 each no matter how much numbers are deleted.

It's unknown on how many numbers can be add in the list in one go cause didn't received any info that onexox/xox prepaid users add FNF numbers.

FYI,FNF numbers rate are for credit/airtime deductions only, RM0.06 for every 1 - 30 seconds voice call and RM0.02 for each sms.

If you purchase minutes credited into season pass which are 333 minutes at RM30,the rate is RM0.09 for every 1 - 60 seconds voice call.

Hi,each new onexox prepaid can get free 28 or 36 months validity only once.

Your line will be terminated at the end of 30 days "BLOCKED" status.

You need to top up and purchase validity at RM25 for 1 year validity.

Each transaction of 1 year validity extended(Purchased) will deduct RM25 from your onexox/xox prepaid airtime/credit which means you need to do 5 times for 5 years and so on.

At this moment.....yes,28 months to 36 months validity for new prepaid numbers and port-in, T & C apply.

And all top up will extends validity from expiry date for active prepaid @ Every RM1 top up extends 1 day validity.
