The agent misleads you, it has been revised already few months ago. Refer to this T&C: https://www.ambank.com.my/ambank/Documents/...umLoungeTnC.pdf

Website is still showing: https://www.ambank.com.my/eng/cards/visainfinite

Your brochure is dated March 2017, it's already revised since 1st Nov. Many of us have stopped using our AmBank cards. Only if you are their PB customers and issued with AmBank Signature VI/WMC have no spending condition.

btw, does the free access only for primary card holder or for both primary and supplementary card holder?

Well, unless you are willing to spend RM 500 for each entry.

I supposed you meant AmBank? Yes, both primary and supp cardholders.

Yes, you need to spend at least RM 500 on each card.

Note that it is RM500 for EACH card. Not RM100 for ONE card.
The card that will be used for PPL entry will need to spend RM500 on its own.

If that were true, I just wasted a lot of time and effort converting into priority banking cards, setting up autopayment, getting my statement dates jumbled up, getting some run around trying to cancel the old cards....

You are right. Citi Prestige annual fees cannot be waived. But I have offsetted mine before using points, but it requires an obscene amount of points (I forgot how much).

Which lounge you are referring to? In Malaysia or foreign country?

Their WorldMiles card is entitle unlimited access to enter PPL KLIA and KLIA 2 , but there's annual fee of RM 600
