In KLIA2, I always go to Wellness Spa as it's always nearer to my gate. Food wise nothing fantastic but adequate for me. Normal buffet style.

Massage is chargeable. I also had my shower here before, free and convenient.

Same here. However, you still can have drink. The Bar people asked me to pick up my drinks from Wellness Spa which I did.
After I was done with The Bar, I went back to WS and continue eating and drinking.
Almost all cards qualified for KLIA2 (you may refer to first post) can access to these two PPLs. I know AmBank no longer gives access to GM.

The Bar is also under PPL. It is at outside of Wellness Spa. It accepts walk-in customers but for those with cards, can only order from the designated sets.

You still have to enter from Wellness Spa and get the slip to show to The Bar.

2 cards with same name entering the same lounge at the same time. Still only 1 entry. Confirmed.

Because T4 separates arrivals from departures, arriving passengers have NO access to the PPL Blossoms lounge....you will only have access if you are transiting and connecting to another flight, and can immediately clear security into the departure area....

For CIMB preferred mentioned earlier, it has unlimited entry.
