May i know is PPL in KLIA2 have points redemption for Citibank card holders to redeem points for entering PPL ?

Previouslly saw in Penang aiport have a banner there allow Citi card holders to redeem using 10K points per guest to enter PPL there , but not sure whether it applies to KLIA2 PPL or not

I am travelling with family members , wish to bring them in to PPL as well

1st time enter PPL in KLIA 2 departure hall . Choice of food is really limited , and taste is really disappointing. Will never go in again . Next trip will try food in GM and other countries lounge.

For normal Citi card need 20,000 points for 1 person to enter PPL . Previouslly was 10,000 points to enter , but they increased it.

RHB World / Signature only offer lounge access in Malaysia and Changi , while Ambank cards can access lounge in many countries .
No issues for me to gain RM 500 spending on principal and supp for Ambank card to have access for lounge as monthly my usage on cards are more than 3k.

Yes , Citi Premier Miles Visa Signature supplementary cards have complimentary access to PPL and also free taxi home from KLIA if perfome 3x transaction in foreign currency .

Why Ambank doesnt enforce must provide boarding pass only allow customer enter PPL using their card .. At least after enforce it customer who is really flying only allows to enter PPL to avoid abuse of usage. There is 2 PPL at getaway KLIA 2 that ambank card holder cant access .

I think bank should insist customer must show boarding pass for entry to PPL KLIA2 , and if PPL do not co-operate with bank to ask passanger must show boarding pass , PPL will lost one whole bank customer when the bank cut off entry at landside , just like what Ambank is doing now . And i believe more and more bank like Aeon will later on pull off the free entry at PPL landside as well as many people just use the free entries enjoy meals and facilities while waiting for picking up people.

Yes , Ambank has no cap for its signature card level above , but their signature or platinum card still have cap number of entries.
