How come they can plan the school in the middle of the township? Traffic will be very bad in the whole township. Why don't they put the schools near the international school? Bad planning.

Given the expected density, school likely to serve local residents. Likely to encourage people to walk to school. They have been always emphasising on a compact walkable township.

Dpc is not so big. I guess they should isolate the two schools like kaptong3. There are commercial too. Should not be too close.

Their padaestrian and road are so small. Feel cramp... Better free up the space for commercial and relaxing.. Just put all the schools at one corner.. Not spread out across the township

Stil ok la. West park oledi known to be future skool long ago. Land behind breezeway oso firmed for quite.some time liao. Back road access mainly spared for future traffic. Dun c the reason to build few skools at the same corner as the waiting vehicles during skool hrs ll be bad enuf to paralyse tat part.

One has to sexperience it to und it.

As long as the school got ample space for buses and/or parents to wait, then shouldn't be such a big a problem lor. After all, which school doesn't cause a congestion during pick-up times anyway

Hopefully developer of DPC can change that. The concept adopted by them is not new but a proven one in exising New Urbanism township.
