The developer couldn't run away from their social obligation and responsibilities if they intend to develop a township. It a question of WHEN. Similarly to Setia Alam, Bandar Rimbayu etc... They also develop affordable housing as part of the township.

That is incorrect. The main road still remain as public road. There are few precincts which are individual title such as Amelia.

From the last count.. easily 3500condos in DPC.

aside this PPA1M + 1k units.. there will be more supplies coming in.

If talk about traffic, every existing residents will raise concern whenever there are new development coming into their area.

Does this mean all new developments need to be shelved based on traffic issue alone?

Let's face the fact. All township need to have affordable housing components. Whether you agree or not. It is part of developer's obligation.

But for some dpcians, they think they are atas keras and this affordable housing shouldn't be there or the density reduced to the level they accept.

Can you find a better buy in Klang Valley for rm300k? Even among PPA1M, rumahwip, RSK.. do not think any of them is better than sofiya.

For me the 10years is not a big issue. Property suppose to be long term investment anyway.
