if the tenancy agreement stamped, then the LHDN has a copy of evidence that the unit is tenanted out.
Also, the tenants need to register with the management office for move in/ out. These are all the evidences for enforcements.

Ya Mixup with difference people in a township is much healthy.

Think majority will be own stay, just normally gov servant having big size of family. For example, a family may up to 8-10 members, husband and wife 4-5 kid and a kakak. 600 units may bring in up to 6k resident and more car and more motorcycle. Further, they rent it out without agreement and they normally prefer in cash term with no evidence.

I didnt know dpc is 2700acres.

There are already plenty of apartments just outside dpc now...which they can easily drive into dpc lake or to jo or to cycle or to pinjam kicap. Inside or outside...hmm...

I dunno why babizz kor like to compare dpc w setia alam for some strange reasons....

Ok just say dpc and kepong are like ecopark and setia alam.

Min price in ecopark is 1.6mil up and there arent ANY LOW OR LOWER COST apartments be planned inside eco park. And the size of ecopark (790acres) is prerty close to dpc of 5xxacres.

Tis gonna b acid test for dpc. Wish to c the quality of ppsb in tis ppa1m b4 the 2 skools coming in.

I believe the acid test is two folds...

1st this block of apartment

2nd the mosque.

Already there is bargain in zenia. After the announcement of the mosque, perhaps can sharpen the parang to get deal from zenia ws3 and etc...

They are building another one in DPC where 70% I think is non Muslim population?
