It's most likely that the SPA price increase dy, but the developer sweeten the deal by giving higher rebates.

Unless the price is still the same but the rebate package changed to increase the sales.

I wouldn't be surprised either way, to be honest, coz this project's take up rate is quite slow from early last year until now and I'm sure they still need to launch the remaining 4 blocks after the first 2 blocks.

don't worry bro. sales is going very well. especially for 800 to 900 sqft one. coz they are more affordable. i.e. below 600k.

There is no change in the package since the revision after the launching of fitting out package. This Sunday however, there will be additional gift for the first 10 buyers. Various free activities including activities for kids had been arranged at the sales gallery for this Sunday.

Who will be the target tenant for this project?

From my opinion, it will be rented to those expats working in mont kiara. Surely they will prefer to stay in mont kiara if their expats package inclusive of accommodation provided by their companies. But from what I know, some of the MNC may only give certain amount as their accommodation allowance. Since the condo rental in mont kiara fetches a high price, they may look for cheaper option which is renting a unit in this project.
