Quite pricey imo for the price tag reaching 700psf considering the density and unappealling location at the moment...highly doubt that they can sell off the remaining blocks to complete the master plan

Different ppl different preference...for me i would choose lower density condo for own stay with price tag over 700k...cant deny i love the greenery area offered generously by this project and their layout quite suit my taste too...but frankly speaking i dont prefer too much units sharing a single compound

lol i believed 2900 units sharing a same compound and facilities is every potential buyer's concern... even thou the units/acre is much lesser than most of the project in market now... which is why im hesitate to purchase it as own stay hs
imo they should have split it into few phases with diff compound and facilities just like what fera lexa henna in

i think the 2 blocks in photos are block A & B respectively and still have another 4 blocks going up soon, not 4 out of 6

no plan to launch the other 4 blocks? if nt mistaken the full length swimming pool span across all 6 blocks
