I recall seeing a lot of cars parked at the sales gallery last Thursday and when I recently passed by yesterday on the way back from work, I saw that banner wrote down 1% d/p along with the lowest price of RM 425k.

Best to enquire with the sales staff stationed there for more info. Could be a revised package coz last time I went there, it wasn't 1% d/p.
