visited the show unit just now... not bad.... one block around 400-500 units... and mostly are larger units.... average at 630 per sq ft... i think its a steal for that location.... of course... its not the best of viewing with the surrounding factories... but i think those who looking for own stay in kl area... this can be one of the choice... the masterplan quite decent... the design... subjective to everyone la... haha... just the developer... this is their first project in KL... not sure about their workmanship... anyone know which comparable project surrounding area at this pricing?

but sentul isnt quite dense currently... those projects also not bad... with better reputation developer... but somehow... this 14 acres project kinda worth to mention as well as its slightly larger project compare to those... although the surrounding squat area really abit affect the overall feeling of this project...

i think this project better for own stay la... until there is mrt/lrt around... tan chong trying to lobby a mrt line not sure will succeed or not... otherwise... investment not possible.... rental is reli not good for this area for a premium condo.... no mrt lrt ktm in walking distance... lol...

yeah... i think it should be around the tan chong factory site... not sure who will succeeded in lobbying for it... haha... any of the factory around that area which can offer a land for the station will be consider...

tan chong did have consideration of redevelop the industrial area... it all depends on the success in lobbying the mrt station... if they did it... then the site might be redevelop... since the plant is not really utilized in the maximum capacity anymore...

density... nothing much to comment lo... all condo in kl also at this kind of density one... low density... price u 700 psf above.... for own stay really just ignore the density and stay... thats for me....

i think for own stayers who die die wanna stay around kl... the pricing should be a huge concern to them... unless with PAMA support... an ordinary young man cant even consider to own one condo in kl area... sometimes maybe the pro vs con judgement... low density maybe leasehold, high maintenance, no shoplots... something like that haha...

nope... its not workable... hence... its for own stay and general car driving owner.... the drawback of this project is the surrounding and the public transportation... otherwise still acceptable for own stay...

doubt there will be any public transport.... if you include bus as public transport... haha.... and also depends on your budget.... close to mrt lrt line... everything will become premium... hahah... for me... for own stay... a condo with lrt mrt within very short driving distance... i am ok with it... or maybe park and ride... since usually office parking super expensive one...

yeah for sure is there... the current tan chong plant only assemble in very small volume... main operation at serendah only... they just hoping that there is a mrt station nearby... and redevelop that piece of land....
