Imagine if one of the unit someone got infected. And since there are more units=more residents=chances someone got infected higher..if a condo someone got infected is not a good thing right?...furthermore if someone got infected ur changes getting it also higher if u May in contact with them..I believed moving forward lower density even slightly further area will be preferred..

Believe this scenario applied to all high rise.

Looking at the rental of Putramas 3, partly furnish for 880sqft with 2 room can fetch around rm1.5k..

Given the Era are newer and with retail at below (assuming their retail is doing good enough), 646sqft shall have no issue fetching between 1.4k - 1.5k.. If you bought at 400k, rental ROI is at about 4.5%. Good deal?
