Don't be overawed with the booking status, in today's market, bookings with no firmed commitments (deposit of 5k and above) would have less than 10% conversion rate.

if traffic light (just in front of this condo) for exit or enter  is ON or activated,  the traffic jam will stretch till  Jalan Duta Roundabout especially during heavy traffic

For a person using the roundabout nearby almost every day... I can't imagine the total jam once Era is really completed.
