I can only think of tropicana avenue but the entire tropicana this stretch is the only retails area.... Casa tropicana got some but i wont say its higher class type. Thanks guys. I've been seeing it wrongly. it shouldn't be a comparison to a higher class enclave when Segambut is infact not, albeit its proximity to Mt Kiara. Also the future KL Metropolis or the re-development of Tan Chong land will definitely increase the supply therefore the price may be competitive in its surroundings. Not sure exactly what development with similar concepts priced about the same. will need to look into it. I think Tropicana Avenue has things like restaurants/cafes/saloon etc but wouldnt specifically call it successful IMO. Maybe my vision was it to be like Arcadia/DPC ; with restaurants etc, hence my comparison.

hmmm went to checked out their show room..... was attracted by the link bridge directly linked to my office area which save me a lot of travel time. main concerned here is the extremely high density.... i never stay in condo before and i have no idea what high density will be like.... any1 can share ?
im not going to put my hopes on the retail mall below, my guess are some mamaks thats all.... those above ground floor will remain kosong for min 3~5 years.
