hi, i just swiped this card on the first of aug for petrol (first swipe, new card).

somehow when i login to hlb connect i still cant see the petrol transaction, what does it mean? transaction failed?
but my payments made to digi were shown in history on 1 aug as well.

This is due to the diff merchants speediness of processing payment.

do not confused between credit card's history (hlconnect) vs merchant's history.

when you made payment to DIGI on 1 Aug, the "shown in history on 1 Aug" <--- inside digi history or hlconnect?

payment made to digi (or maxis or umobile) will be reflected immediately, however the updates in cc account/hlconnect may take few days to be updated. reason: per MGM's above.

thus, petrol swipe on 1 Aug, may take few days to get posted in cc account (note: hlconnect will be reflectedd the next day).


another way to know if transaction already posted is to observe the reduction of Credit Limit amount.

if still worried, call CS to verify the status of the petrol transaction.

Just to add on to the credit limit reduction for petrol, rm200 will be deducted temporary instead of the actual spending

You will probably waste time.... Most dining places in Hotel is under the Hotel MCC. I did get Dining (M2 AMEX Weekend Dining rebate) for Contango, Majestic Hotel swipes

Just did mine with the new 12-digit Account Number at Sam's Groceria Nu Sentral.
Refreshed in MyTNB within 2 hours.

I did another swipe... it was updated after 1 hour smile.gif

hi guys... i just paid my TNB bill using UOBpayonline with my wise card. I use the 14 digit account number. The thing is that the transaction is reflected in my HL connect and also UOBonline payment history. But no update in MyTNB. And also i didnt receive any confirmation email like some of the forumers reported. So is the transaction successful ?
this 14 digit to 12 digit is really causing a lot of fuss .... zzzzzz

Can't UOB PayOnline handle the new 12-digit account ?
Using the 12-digit TNB account will reflect quicker in MyTNB portal... Within 2 hours after paying via ePay at Sam's

instead of keep bombarding uobpayonline whether it accept tnb's new 12-digit account number, why not ask uobpayonline ?

*update: called uobpayonline, they said they've updated & tested payment to tnb's new 12-digit account number for about 1 week now. he has not received anyone complaining about it rclxub.gif perhaps you all keep complaining to uobpayonline to investigate. i told him i called just for his FYI about "invalid account no." issue. biggrin.gif
