exactly, that's why quickly cancel the card immediately after seeing my final cashback.

my guess is by month, based on the prorated AF to be reversed (AF charged on June, now still remaining 8 months out of total 12 months).

in short: make sure cashback refreshed in your account/statement, transfer out to Mach, terminate card, prorate AF and refreshed in the account, then transfer out to Mach.

called cs to terminate wise card. gave them same reason: NOT HAPPY with the recent change of benefits for Wise. They noted my feedback.

Transferred out RM100 cashback to Mach card, takes about 5 working days.
Wise card termination with immediate effect.
AF will be automatically prorated. once the amount shown in hlconnect, call back again to transfer the amount to Mach card.
It seems after card is terminated, it will still be shown in hlconnect, just that card is inactive. i'll keep monitoring if this is true.

no condition, but the keyword is 'not happy with the recent change of cashback t&c in Oct and you'd like to cancel the Wise card because of this'.

if you have stopped using the card since oct, this is a good ground to request for prorated af reversal.

not idea if you've already using in oct, then only decide to cancel now.

i'm still waiting for my Nov statement to check. canceled Wise not appear in hlconnect, so can rely on estatement.

once unbilled transactions posted into your bill statement, it wont show in transaction history (unbilled). those will show in Online Statement (where you download statement in PDF or View History)
