I have some updates for you. Seems like Digi has revised their policies. You can get in touch with Digi Cs and request for change of plans but the montly subscription of the plan must be equal or higher than your current plan even though you are still in contract. |

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Jul 29 2016, 09:59 AM) holypredator that seems fair. they don't have to do it but they do it anyway as courtesy to their customers. that's why I ask the TS to write Digi to negotiate a win-win situation. no harm trying.I have some updates for you. QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Jul 24 2016, 03:54 PM) Digi treat their customers on contract like crap. When you sign the contract, you are selling your soul to them. To change your package, you would need to terminate your contract which means paying a penalty for it. If not, you can dream on for them to upgrade your current package. completely agree! Their Customer Service will tell you all the craps and make it more painful or difficult for you to change plan. |

QUOTE(teikseng @ Jul 29 2016, 11:20 AM) Our company managed to negotiate to a "No contract commitment" for our company lines with their higher ranking officials. They even accomodated on changing the plans. So I think TS could try talking to their CS and see if they can accomodate as well. |

QUOTE(holypredator @ Jul 24 2016, 04:36 PM) takkan no one complain or no one else suffered like me meh? Bear in mind u mobile coverage is not that good.....From a customer perspective... I am extremely EXTREMELY unsatisfied with Digi right now.. not just because of the plan but also because the coverage and signal suck so much balls.... in restaurants or often in buildings got 0 line.... on the street sometime putus (rarely) but if such thing can remotely happen also consider VERY VERY bad to me liao.. So far my dad's Maxis line worked like a charm.... my friend U-mobile also worked like a charm... If Digi coverage can shittier than U-Mobile... my blood boiling like mad liao.... ppl pay RM70 for 15GB .... I pay RM108 for 5GB ... kanasai to the max .. walao think about it also du gao lan leh ... Want to cancel contract but cancel means I have to pay 2 years worth and get nothing out of it.... WALAO.... |

QUOTE(Chrono-Trigger @ Jul 24 2016, 04:34 PM) they did not cheat or coerce you when you signed up for their plan few months ago. it was based on willing buyer willing seller basis. +1circumstance has changed since then with other telco throwing prices , Digi has to respond accordingly. I don't see any fraud or malpractice , it's dynamic business environment. it is not limited to telco. even supermarket gives fantastic offers from time to time. can we cry foul at that scenario too? there are remedies 1. terminate the current contract and pay a penalty fee 2. write in to Digi to ask them to upgrade your line as a courtesy to you, not an obligation. 3. remains in prepaid line forever in future / or direct purchase your phones with cash instead of some easy payment or telco subsidies. welcome to the real world where contracts have to be honored |
