Digi treat their customers on contract like crap. When you sign the contract, you are selling your soul to them. To change your package, you would need to terminate your contract which means paying a penalty for it. If not, you can dream on for them to upgrade your current package.

Sapa suruh sign contract la kan? You sign, you honour it. Willing, seller, willing buyer. You signed because you at that time you think it is the best deal ma right?

Its was never a case of getting out of the contract. Just wanted to change the package. Btw, do you know that companies lines are all tied up to 2 years contract whether you like it or not? Get your facts right first.  shakehead.gif

Your contract says u pay this much monthly for this telco service, data plus call, and your phone. Phone sudak dapat. 2 months later realise ur package not competitive. Make noise. Then the next time you buy house you better tell bank their offer is not competitive after you sign the offer letter. You will still want to remain with the bank, but you want them to revise their package. Same bank they hv the obligation to revise for u right? Tapi lock out period is 5 years like what you have signed in contract. You go complain? Make noise?
